I had voted for the Gladiator challenge. I have never seen teams getting merged after each round anywhere else and I totally loved it. Will be fun to see how that works out.
I am so gonna sign up for that and I want all you of on my team ! :D

When are we starting ? Where am I signing up ?
Please take me along with you. Please ! *puppy face* :P

.. but I must be really a masochist, coz I am already into the first week of another challenge which is more or less on the same lines as this challenge.. and what more, we have to reach 20000 points in there.. that is going to take some time. :O
But, I LOVE this group of ours.. it has been truly fun 7 weeks for me.. and I both want and dont want the challenge to end. :P

Guess, I am actually burning out.
Phew, always happens with Wheel-a-thon with me.. amazing challenge but I end up reading twice, thrice as much as I ever read in the said period.
But we have one more week to go after this.. and we have done fantastically so far.. so lets end with a flourish ! :)

Guess, real life is getting in the way for everyone. Or is it just a burn-out coz I know this challenge by the end of it really takes its toll on me.

Well, yeah. But I dont understand why should we be penalised for what we rightfully earned !
Moreover, it in a way affects us as the team ahead of us is exactly and only 10 points ahead. We can jump one whole position up coz of those 10 points !

Our spreadsheet clearly showed 2050 points at 9:55 pm (EST) which is 5 minutes before the deadline.
The weekly results are up and we are showing 10 points less.

We continue to pave our path through the toughest of the words.. we all should pat our backs once for that ! :)
Here are both the spreadsheets for everyone's reference :
Official Spreadsheet
Team Spreadsheet
------------------------
Weekly Tally
Total Points : 355
Total Books Read : 27
Total Complete Spell-outs : 2

Will work for:
C- author last name (W. Bruce Cameron)
H- character first name (Hannah Montgomery)
A- title (A Dog's Journey)
G- character f..."
Question : I was hoping to use Cait's book for A, as I wanna make sure our last spell-outs cover more vowels which have been a pain for us. But then I am not quite sure if we can do so, as it is an article in this case (we dont use A, An, The right ?). Does the same rule apply to series names as well ? I kinda blanked out.. can someone please refresh my memory ?

I literally called off the evening early just so that I can be here. What has this challenge done to me ? :P

Can you kindly update the official spreadsheet with any additions after this post ?
I plan on being being back before the deadline.. but I dont want to hold us on that. Thanks ! :)
I will get everything updated on the team spreadsheet as soon as I get a chance to do so.

So far we have read through/will read for next week, all this :
