Ugh ! I am constant victim of that ! Hate it ! Gaah !

Oooh T ! How I loved the Camp Massacre challenge ! It was so much killing all those people (geez, I hope mom doesnt hear me saying this LOL ! :p)

Capture the Flag was intense. The whole plotting-planning that we had to do to not let the other team reach our flag.. uff, exhausting but what fun !! :)

I have had extra fun in all the challenges that we have been on the same team ! :)

Steven, Ashley, (view spoiler)[I did find the climax sort of a let down.. I mean a character as epic as Levana just falling apart after she saw her real avatar just did not dwell well with me (even after given the fact that how important her glamor was for her, explained thanks to Fairest). Also, I think the book could have easily been edited 200-300 pages. Most of the second half was just a vicious circle and didnt really feel Marissa Meyer-ish at all. (hide spoiler)]

Having said that, I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SERIES.
More ways than one, this series is instrumental in me actually wanting to read more series (since I used to read Standalones primarily).

Marissa is certainly my new favourite author and its just commendable the way she created the whole thing.

My favourites are in the following order:

2. Cinder
3. Winter
4. Fairest
5. Scarlet

Favourite Female characters:
1. Levana
2. Cinder/Iko
3. Cress
4. Winter/Scarlet

Favourite Male Characters:
1. Thorne
2. Kai
3. Jacin

I am doing the cookie book.. half-way through, probably will wrap it tonight if I dont doze of or mom doesnt ping me on Skype for a multi-hour weekend chat (coz its a Sunday morning in India and her day off) :P

I will also do the 'Middle East' task.
I just needed a reason to read the third Khaled Hosseini novel.. cant get better than this. :)

That means, I am pushing American Gods further down. I was never really excited about it, and hearing all about it is making me nervous. :P

I was hoping to start the Chocolate Chip Murder series (if I get the book in my new library tomorrow), and then hope to get to American Gods, will see if I can squeeze the next Kinsey in between.

I dont have computer access to the spreadsheet, so I am not adept at this moment.. but if anyone of you can quickly jump pver to the spreadsheet and go on to the 'Goals' tabs, the 'Post Modern' goal has a link to it.. I am guessing with the new change made by the Mods, that link would direct us to what exactly Post Modern is and what is expected out of us.

Can anyone of you check that out and maybe post that link here ? Thanks !

Nah ! We just needed a book wherein the read edition was published on the 24th of a month.. Widdershins' audio book was published on that date..

.. but no worries, I found another book and got that goal knocked out ! :)

Darn ! We could have used that for our new goal.
