Now that I am close-by, I hope to visit that beautiful city more often. Hopefully, I can catch up with you the next time.
I love it.. Beth is an hour away, Tamika is four hours down the road.. Michigan is T's state.. I feel connected ! Hehe ! :)

I know where I headed to the next time I am in Chicago. Thanks, Ashley ! Whats the name of the store ?
@Lobsterboy, Poseidon meet-up is a super-awesome idea. We so so so should do it. :D
Approved !! LOL ! ROFL !I love your phone, Ashley ! *wants to laugh hysterically but puts on a professional face at work and giggles instead* :P
I get it sometimes, so no worries.
I approve of it ! :P
I want to go home and reeeeeeead !There is hardly anyone at work and although I love the quiet, I would run home and spoon a book, if given that option.
Someone take me from here !!
Tamika♥RBF MOOD♥ wrote: "I wish you would had told me, I would have met you somewhere ;). "WHAT ? You are/were in Chicago ? Holy hell !
I did mention that here crying that I have to leave for two days without books and blah blah.. but had I known.
Gosh Darn ! :X
Hey lovelies ! :)I am back from my weekend long Chicago trip (my first time to the city) and LOVED it. Saturday was sort of a wash-out coz of the constant rain and immense fog (didnt get to see anything and I was kinda sad), but Sunday was brilliant. Cold, windy and misty.. just like I had pictured Chi-Town in my dreams.
.. and guess what ?
I saw a Broadway Show on HARRY POTTER, titled 'Potted Potter' !!
.. AND IT WAS FREAKIN' AWESOME !
It was hilarious, smart and had two absolutely *in a shrill voice* haaaaaandsome dudes acting.
More on that when I am a little less tired and when I dont have to snooze to get up for work tomorrow. Ugh ! :P
Missed you guys.
Hope you all had a great Christmas !
Yaaaay !!
Update!! New Christmas Goal !!
Read the 25th book on your to-read shelf ordered by date added for 10 points!
Is it wrong that I am dreading to spend the weekend potentially away from books, coz my friends want to take a road-trip to Chicago and are pressing me to join ?I love travelling and visiting a new city is immense fun.. but I want to get some more points for us when we are at such a crucial point in the challenge.
Gah !
I am such a bad person !
P.S. You guys have spoiled me. I want to come here and chit-chat with you guys everyday.
P.P.S. Merry Christmas my lovelies ! Love you all ! :)
Oh, Skipping Christmas qualifies for a lot of Christmas Goals. I am glad you are picking it up, Sara !
Tamika♥RBF MOOD♥ wrote: "I'm watching series three again. Did a mini marathon yesterday. I missed these two."Phew !!

Tamika♥RBF MOOD♥ wrote: "I'll about to check! I have to watch the next two episode of Sherlock!"TWO NEW EPISODES OF SHERLOCK ?
When did they get released ? Am I not in the same world ?
Skipping Christmas is all about ruining and saving Christmas. I have just read it for a previous goal so I cant re-read it.. but its a quick fairly funny book if anyone is interested.
LOL !Steven, better take Tamika's suggestion seriously ! :P
.. but then I ma not sure if he would be able to come back here tonight ! *hehe*
ilovebakedgoods (Teresa) wrote: "Congratulations and Happy Wedding Day, Steven and Lobster!"LOL, this makes Steven sound like a Zoophile. :P
Ehh, not too off the mark though ! *giggles*
Happy Wedding Day, Stevie Wonder and the Wonderful Lobster.
Lots of love to you guys and may you hold each others claws forever !! :)
IMO, If the central theme of the book is circus, it will work irrespective of it being a fiction or a non-fiction.
Update!! New Goal !!
Read a book which has the main location (setting) as a boat or other ocean vessel.
Does any of the read books work ?
I am too sleepy to check !
