I am finally finishing up the 600+ page fantasy book I started at the beginning of the challenge. Will add to the spreadsheet right now and will definitely have that completed before the end of this round!

Okay!! My Vivia book has an U character. I should finish that up today and will update the SS - will try to hunt down some more U books for this round

Okay, thank you Sammy! I just don’t want to let the team down. I really want to read at least one chunky book for this challenge but seem to be gravitating towards short short stories. I will be finishing Vivia and Night’s Edge before the end of this round

Hi everyone! I have entered a bad reading slump - all I want to pick up are short stories (which are lower than the page count requirements so will not contribute points to the challenge).

Do you know if there are any reserve players that are willing to join the team? So sorry about this! :( I am not sure what is the cause for my slumpiness. I will of course stay on until we are assigned a replacement player.

Welcome Keri!! I really need to give My Heart Is a Chainsaw another try. I don’t think I was in the right head space when I tried reading it last year. It has everything I love in a horror book. Hope you’re enjoying it so far! 😊

I removed The Mask of Mirrors from the spreadsheet. I don't think I will finish it in time for this round - maybe the second one!

I’ve really enjoyed my reading so far - focusing on horror books. Intercepts has been on my TBR for ages so I’m happy to have finally gotten around to it. It was great! I love the blend between science fiction and horror.

Oh wow! Good on you, Sammy! What is the 900 page tome? I’m currently reading The Mask of Mirrors which is around 600ish pages. It’s a reread - I read it a few years ago but never continued on with the series. I love this world so much - the writing is decadent and lush!
