35559 Cool, thanks for explaining all that better. I have one more book to add now and I'll finish another one tonight. Quick question on page numbers considering I'm in so many different things. Page number of the edition that we read or first edition that pops up? I haven't ran into this issue yet but it's going to happen with a book later this week.

35559 Cool, I made a curry and just need one ingredient but I have that in the book that I'm reading right now. I took spices from Alchemist. I have 4 ingredients to go towards a quiche also.

35559 I just finished a book that had so many words in it. Not sure what we should make. We can make lots of things.

35559 I’ve got two books going right now and I’ll keep an eye/ear out for vinegar. One is audio and I’m going to have to find the words. The other is Libby and I’ve been bookmarking. In that one I’ve already found flour, sugar, eggs, lemon and a few other things. It could come in handy but it’s not over 500 pages. I’m definitely going to find a 500 page book to knock out this week for some alcohol words.

35559 Thanks so much. I think I'm going to use the flag feature on libby so I can flag when a word appears in a book. I think that will work better for the ones that aren't audio books. Let me go add those things.

35559 Cool, let me go add those two for Silent. Yeah, Alchemist gave really good points and was super short for Turf Wars so I knocked that out for those. It was a toss up if it would work over here or not.

35559 Thanks for helping me. 4 pages too short for The Silent Wife. That stinks. I'll have to go back and figure out all the character names to add those in. Okay, I did the first step. What should I do next?

35559 Okay, so I finished two books but I'm definitely going to need spreadsheet help. I think I need a dumbed down tutorial. I'm going to list the foods/drinks I found in the books that I've finished today. I catch on pretty fast but I'm just confused at the moment.

35559 That's a good idea. Here's my shelf.

35559 That book is on my tbr. I'm hoping to work on some tbr books the next couple months. Okay, I thought I understood the spreadsheet but maybe I didn't understand it as well as I thought I did. I may need one of those completion threads so I can post all the food and drink words that I found in this book that I just finished. There were quite a lot. I just hope I found them all.

35559 For October, It's been since 2019 since I've read Truly Devious so I can read that again. Maybe I'll catch things I didn't the first time. That's another super good series. I haven't read Circe so I'll make sure to get that one read during that time also.

35559 I can't read Chain of Gold because I read it within the last 6 months. I'm sorry, I bought it right when it came out and then I read it at the beginning of June. It's really good and I gave it a 5 star. Let me see what these October books look like and I'll make sure to get them if I haven't read them yet.

35559 Ohh, I just assumed they were. What do y'all thing? I like Read it and Eat but I open to having two separate also.
Sep 09, 2020 06:17PM

35559 Well......heck.....I read Chain of Gold already this summer y'all. I was holding it until I could have time to enjoy it. I gave it 5 stars if that coax's y'all into reading it.

35559 I'm on my way to go ahead and get the BOM from the online libraries. A couple of the BOM this month just were not my thing. I hope these are better. I haven't even looked. I do like the wide selection of BOM books though.
Sep 05, 2020 04:08PM

35559 I was going to ask the same thing. I do audio a lot and I can’t always get a ebook from the library to match it up.
Sep 05, 2020 02:20PM

35559 Cool. I think I can figure out the spreadsheet. If I need help then I will just let y'all know. I'm not always the best with spreadsheets. You give me an Epic charting system and I'm golden. You put me in front of excel and sometimes I'm like what the world?! It just make take me a couple times to figure it out but I'll get there. :)

35559 I probably going to need the spreadsheet masters to help me with my books. I'm pretty good at scavenger hunting though! I like the idea of more orders and less books.
