So I think I know the answer to this, but I'm looking for clarification. I'm currently listening to Whiskey in a Teacup: What Growing Up in the South Taught Me About Life, Love & Baking Biscuits and she talks about a cornbread recipe.

The first three genres that come up on the book page are Nonfiction, Autobiography-Memoir, and Food and Drink - Cookbooks (in that order). I can't find it on arbookfinder.com and the audible version is only 2 hours 50 minutes. She doesn't actually read the recipes in the audio version; she only refers to the pdf. I do own the actual book too and it's 304 pages.

Can I count this for a bonus or no?

I submitted quite a few write in books for the Goodreads Choice Awards.

I will be away this weekend for a girls' trip, but we are coming back on Sunday. I'll jump in to the challenge Sunday night.

Wish I didn't get carsick reading - I'll be in the car for 5 hours on Sunday and that would be the perfect time to knock out some letters!

I've read other books that were adaptations of Pride and Prejudice or continuations of the story, but never from Darcy's perspective. I liked Eligible a lot. I listened to the audio version of Death Comes to Pemberley and thought it was ok. It had been awhile since I read P&P though, so I had some trouble following the characters, etc.

There's a new one coming out, Unmarriageable: A Novel, that I have on my TBR. There's a Goodreads Giveaway for a copy if anyone is interested.

I'm really looking forward to this challenge! I have to admit though, I've never seen Nightmare Before Christmas. May need to add it to my watch list for this Halloween or Christmas season.

Finished yesterday! This wasn't what I was expecting, but I still thought it was a good read. I thought it would be more of a mystery with maybe a whodunnit aspect, when it was actually just Maya relating all the events of what happened. Plus that twist at the end.

What did you all think of Desmond?

I looked at the next in the series and it looks like it is a different story/case but still involves the FBI agents.
