Rebekah wrote: "Yay! Pride and Prejudice is hilarious once you get into it!"IT IS! I actually find myself laughing and fangirling a bit over parts which isn't the reaction I thought I would have to it at all.

I'm about halfway through
Pride and Prejudice and I am REALLY enjoying it! I'm surprised because I wasn't sure I would since the language is so different.

Thanks to Barbara and Mods for the updated info!
Barbara, did you want us to go back to our old book posts and update with that info? I only have the one so far so it wouldn't be difficult.

Yay, I posted my first book! Now on to the next one...

Thanks for the update! I'm close to finishing one of my books, so I'll soon be able to start adding mine, I feel so slow seeing people add so many already! lol.
Jenna wrote: "Emily, I really enjoyed Pride and Prejudice..."I really, really hope I like it too. I love the movie and mini-series, but I always feel like movies never compare so I've been dying to read the book and finally just checked it out from the library.

Yay! I'm at work so I haven't *officially* started reading, but once I'm home I'm going to start
Pride and Prejudice. I'll probably start
Little Pretty Things as well, though, because I'm not sure I'll make it through Pride and Prejudice. I've never read anything by her, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to sit and read that style of writing.

SO EXCITED THAT EVERYTHING STARTS TOMORROW!

Since TT officially starts in a few days (yay!) I wanted to be clear on a few things - so books shelve on our TT shelves will automatically go to a spreadsheet, but you'd still like us to post each book here in a new message for each as we finish them? And if a goal pops up that fits out book, would you like us to post about that here as well? I just want to make sure I do things right when everything gets going!

Hi, Joyce! Glad to have you on the team!

I don't really have a "plan" for what I'll be reading. Things seem pretty open, which is why I wanted to do this one because I don't like challenges where I have to plan exactly what to read in order to complete it. My mood always change with what I want to read! I do plan on trying to track what books fit goals though so when they pop up I can try to fit as many as possible to get more points for us.

Hi Kristin and Stacey! Welcome to the team! (:
Kristin, don't worry about not having done it before because neither have I, but everyone seems pretty encouraging that it's easy to get the hang of! I'm actually really excited for it to begin and am counting down the days. lol.

Let's say I read and finish a book after Tower Teams begins and then a few weeks later a goal pops up and that book fits it. Can I use that book or do I have to be currently reading/begin the book AFTER the specific goal pops up?
Rose wrote: "Isn't the Lorien Legacies from Fry's (Million Little Pieces) company? Kind of fascinating to read about the different takes on that kind of publishing/development firm."It is, I actually didn't know Frey had his own publishing company until you mentioned it. Lorien is written by him and another, Jobie Hughes, under a pseudonym. I looked up information on his company and what I read didn't seem great. :/
Megan wrote: "I started the first book a long time ago and still haven't finished it. Don't know if I ever will, though I haven't shelved it as dnf yet as I hate not finishing books."It's definitely not a series I would say you should put at the top of your list to finish. It's alright, my curiosity is getting the best of me which is why I'm continuing the series.
Barbara ★ wrote: "Click on the "Add Book/Author" link just above the Comment box. Enter your book title and at the bottom of the popup box, clink COVER instead of LINK which is the default.
Cover gives you: [bookco..."Thank you! I feel this was so simple I should have been able to figure it out, but I never even thought about what that button did. lol.

Right now I'm reading the Lorien Legacies series, I'm on book 3. They're... okay. My friend has promised they get better, so I'm crossing my fingers.
Question: How do you put book covers in like that? I've seen it and have no idea! lol.
