I was looking at our Books Read thread and it looks like Jenna's last book, the Mistborn one, MIGHT have lightning on the cover in the background. It's hard for me to see, though, and say for sure because I'm on mobile. If it hasn't been used for a goal maybe that could work for the new one?
Sydney wrote: "In the book I just finished Opal, the main characters are neighbors. If you haven't started that goal yet this book will work."I just have to say that I LOVE THAT SERIES SO MUCH!

I can read that if no one else wants to! I won't be able to start it until Sunday or Monday, though. But I'll plan to start once I finish my current book.
If anyone else finds a book that fits before I start or wants to start it first, go ahead!

Oh, I didn't even think of that! I'll try to see if I can find something with the Tarot card, whether it's already read or something I can read since Rose was able to find a Best of Both Worlds book.

I think the first three have been claimed, or at least we know someone can finish them. But I don't even know of any books that have the Tarot card strength mentioned or the phrase "best of both worlds." I check out from my library, so I can't search the text. :(

I know these goal are random, but we are having the WORST luck ever.

That one would definitely fit better than mine for the goal.

Maybe we'll get our chance and get a bunch of goals one after the other that fit! Which of our current goals are open? As in haven't been claimed by our team members?

I'm not sure if it would work, but the book I just read,
Soundless, might work for goal 29. The MC lives in a village and no one has hearing, then she gains hers back and is the only one in her village who has hearing. There are others OUTSIDE the village with hearing, but we don't really interact with them as much. I don't know if that counts, maybe ask the mods?

I think if the captain/co-captains aren't wanting to read the top book right now, since they seem to be hard for others to get, we should use the boon. Since availability seems to limit some others as well.
Dee wrote: "What site do you use to get the book information i borrow my books on kindle and i don't know how many pages and such"For book pages, you can check use Goodreads! If the eBook edition doesn't have pages listed, you can look at a hardback or paperback for the pages. (:

I agree, I checked my library as well and they didn't have either books.

If that goal about reading the captain's highest rated book doesn't work out, is it possible to use the boon on it? That allows us to get a new goal, correct?

Rose wrote: "Emily- If you like it, read Persuasion. It's my favorite Austen book."Already on my list, I'll send it to the top! I've just been putting off reading any of her books for a while because they intimidated me a bit, but now I'm looking forward to reading them all.
