Just finished...


I know this is a more Holiday-ish book read, but it's like -35 here in Toronto. So I felt like it was an appropriate read ^_^

I'm actually surprised I didn't like it that much. For me most of the stories was a 2-2.5 tops. I really thought it would be more romantic, but most of the stories just ended in a weird way. I actually prefer Let It Snow a lot more than this.

I started this two day ago (I think) and enjoying it. I don't know but this gives me the vibes of Far, Far Away. The slow steady pace, and I feel like it's going to hit us with something mind blowing in the end.

It's creepy tho. Especially, Roza's part of the story. I'm kinda getting confused on that part tho.

Still at the part (view spoiler)[where the kidnapper showed himself to Finn. Had to stop because it was too creepy. hahahaha!!! (hide spoiler)]

KAREN: heard so many good things about her new book. Let me know your thoughts when you get around to it!

BRIGID: I still see hints of Yancey in it, just not what I expected.

ARGH! I want to finish the Lunar Chronicles, but I just don't have the motivation for it. booo...

It was right beside me while I was sitting in my living room. Being bored and all, decided to start reading it. Not bad so far. Interesting how its almost the same book, but the 'new' author just added small tidbits of her own. I don't know if its going to change or not.

I really thought this book would be more of a re-telling rather than a word for word copy.

I'm not really sure how I feel about that yet, maybe there will be a bigger change near the middle? Has anybody read it yet or planning on reading it?

I'm curious about those graphic novels.

I'm not that impressed, not as much as The Monstrumologist. I will continue with the series tho. Probably wait for the last one to come to finish the series.
