A great book lingers. After I'm finished I sit back and wish I wasn't done. Something about the book has me sighing and thinking. What are those elements? I can't say for sure. The author was able to put the story together in a way that just worked. Definitely the strong character development, along with a good plot, being able to balance elements in the story and creating the right mood for the moment. Believable sexual tension and maybe a bit a humor really adds to the story.
You ask the impossible, Cherrie! lolBut I'll throw a couple of worthies your way.

We are getting a new library building sometime in the near future. Hubby just saw something about the library moving to a temporary location while they do the building. I'm excited!
I am another who can't stand Gray from After The Night. He just rubbed me the wrong way. I liked the book itself though. I normally don't when I find a book with a jerk in it. I also didn't like Clint in Dangerous Games, Jared in Paradise Wild (I didn't like the heroine either), Douglas in The Sherbrooke Bride (there are several Coulter heroes I hate) to name a few.
That's weird. I could have sworn I replied to this one already but I don't see it. Anyway, I chose Couch Potato level ☺DHASG Movie Title Madness Challenge
