I don't have a favorite number. If I had to pick I'd say 5 or 7.

Definitely hate ham, and fish, and anything spicey and foriegn stuff..... I like burgers, chicken and pastas and that's about it. :)
The worst part of my personality is my self-loathing. I don't see anything good about myself at all.
So I had to ask Jesse what the best part of my personality is and our conversation went like this (spoiler cuz it's got cussing in it) ~
(view spoiler)
LOL!

Thing that is popular I hate is Twitter. OMG I hate Twitter with a passion. I can't be limited in what I say, I like to ramble. I won't use 5 words when 50 is so much better. I like details, so if I'm gonna hear about someones life, and I can enough, I don't want to hear the short version in 144 characters.

Guys ~
Skylar Astin (Jesse on Pitch Perfect)
Avi Kaplan (formerly of Pentatonix)
Justin Hartley (I know him from Smallville, most know him from "This is Us" now)
Michael Weatherly (formerly of NCIS, now on Bull)
Blake Shelton
Ladies ~
Julianne Hough (DWTS)
Jeri Ryan (Star Trek Voyager)
Jennifer Lawrence
Christina Aguilera
Allison Scagliotti (Warehouse 13 & Stitchers)
Had to get up before I finished. For me, the Tech I would want is a Time Travel device. Specifically anything that could be used to go back in time AND you can change things in the past.

If y'all haven't "met", I think you guys would get along great. :) Let us know if you want it set up, even if you aren't up for starting yet Becky, y'all could get talking about it.

LOL Becky, I've had some great teams and have won a few team challenges now, our Astronomers was my first, and come in 2nd a few times too. :)
I have something pretty different and unique (at least I think it's pretty damn unique) for a team challenge here, I just hope we can get enough members to get it going sooner than later. :)

We hope you will love it here at BARC! Jump right on it to whatever catches your interest!

I'd like the world to be like Star Trek. Especially how the reference it in First Contact.
Deanna ~ "It unites humanity in a way no one ever thought possible. When they realize they're not alone in the universe, poverty, disease, war - they'll all be gone within the next fifty years."
&
Picard ~ "... money doesn't exist...." "The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force of our lives. We work to better ourselves and the rest of humanity."
I'd rather live in Virtual Reality!

I don't do emoji's. Blech!

Nope. I'm not into much music. I was raised in a very strict religious home and never got exposed to the music people my age were listening to, so never got an appreiciation for most musics. I typically only like soft rock though I'm a huge Pentatonix fan.
I haven't worked, or worked hard, in a very very long time. Couldn't even begin to tell you when I worked very hard.

For me, I hate whistlers. Can stand it. Chewers are also big for me Cecily. My Hubby is a loud chewer and sometimes when it bugs me I'll put on headphones. LOL!
I adore Abby, Angie. She's awesome.
For me, it would be Claudia or Lena on Warehouse 13. If I could live in any TV show, it'd be WH13, I love that show so much. Claudia is the techy/hacker girl and everything she does is WAY over my head but it's interesting. Lena is more support but has a connection to the Warehouse. She runs a B&B and just keeps the agents going and I like that too.

Currently I'm obsessed with Overwatch and Elder Scrolls Online and I wanna get back to Skyrim before the new land is released.
I love to travel, but my Hubby and I don't have the means to do so. I did a lot of traveling with my ex, that's all he liked to do, so we were all over the U.S., mainly going to theme/amusement parks.
My Hubby and I have been together 12+ years and our last trip was our honeymoon to Vegas in '07. I wish we could travel, but we just don't have the money for it. I do miss traveling, especially going to theme/amusement parks, though if we could travel, I'd take Him to D.C. so we could go watch the Nats play.

Portal is on PC, you can get them both on Steam. If you keep an eye out, Steam does some great sales. I had both games on our Xbox but got both for under $5 on a Steam sale.
Puzzle Adventure covers many different kinds of puzzle games. Let me first explain Portal, which is different.
In Portal you have a Portal "Gun". It shoots out two portals, one Orange and one Blue. One Portal you go IN and the other Portal you go OUT of. So, imagine you are in a room that's completely closed with the only way out on a ledge that is 30 feet above you. How do you get out? In Portal, you shoot your gun. You put one portal (say the blue one) on the wall beside you, and you aim the other portal above the ledge. You go through the blue one and you come out on the ledge.
That's the concept of Portal. It's a series of rooms you have to figure out to move your way through the complex. It's soooooo fun, if you like to think about your games, which I do. If you like it, then "Quantum Conundrum" is very similar and just as fun but uses objects you have to figure out.
Puzzle Adventure has been around for a long time, and kind of phased out a bit as RPGs and MMOs got popular but they are still around. I'm sure you have heard of Myst? That's one of the all time biggest Puzzle Adventure games. PA games are all about figuring things out through actual puzzles, or things within the environment. Like Tomb Raider games have some puzzle to them, in that you have to figure out what things go where to move on sometimes. The original Resident Evil games were very much about the Puzzles.
Lol! I can talk a long time about games. I love games of all sorts, video games more than board games just cuz I've never really had friends to play with. A friend and I used to play Nerts, but that was years ago.
Here's one list of many of Best Puzzle Adventure Games for PC. Some are just plain puzzle, like Bejeweled, but there's some good ones on there like "The Room" games (3 so far), The Talos Principle, and Portal. Other's I have liked, if you ever wanna look them up, are ~ The Swapper, The Cave, 7th Guest & 11th Hour (very very old games, but available on "Good Old Games"). Newer games that take a different twist to puzzle adventures include Braid, Limbo & Inside, Closure, Papo & Yo, Contrast and Monument Valley.
Damn I like my games. :D

I built my own gaming PC in Feb of 2015. You stick around me long enough, you'll hear me mention Widget, my gaming PC, often. He's named after the character from The Night Circus and is black & red. :) I'm always using Widget, even just for everyday stuff, and about 2 weeks ago his hard drive was failing. My Hubby was finally able to buy me a new one, and it arrived today. After a couple of false starts, Widget seems to be up and running again, but the real test will come as soon as I get my first game on him and make sure I can play. :)
I'm a big video games player. I play a bunch of different stuff, a big variety just like how I read. :) My first love is Puzzle Adventure games (like Portal) but I love Action/Adventure type stuff as well. Currently, (well, before Widget broke) I was on an ESO (Elder Scrolls Online) kick and had just played Overwatch for the first time during their free weekend. A friend just bought me Overwatch, so YAY, I get to play more, once it gets installed and we see if Widget is running completely good again. Other favorite games are ~ Kingdom Hearts series, Resident Evil series, Batman Arkham series, Skyrim, Far Cry series, Quantum Conundrum and many more.

As for me, to quote my favorite movie "The Mummy" ~
"Do you swear?"
"Every damn day!"
I am of the mindset that swearing is not a big deal, and people who don't swear weird me out. LOL!
I don't sleep well, so most nights I'm up til 1-2. Often it's later, but I don't keep track. I stay up all night for Dewey's, and if a book grabs me and won't let me go, I'll stay up all night to finish it. So, it's nothing regular for me, but not a big deal for me to stay up past 3 either. My Hubby is always amazed by my ability to just say "I'm gonna stay up all night" and do it. LOL!
