Wouldn't it be great? lol

I've also got an ISBN number now. Yay me. I'll soon have a back and side graphic for my book too.

I need chocolate. And I don't have any of the right stuff. Thanks for all your help. Really appreciate that.

Yeah, don't hold your breath. Although I did win £25 last week. That's it for the year now I suspect.
News: I believe I have formatted the damn book for a 9x6 paperback. It has page numbers and evryfink and there are no massive gaps at the end of mid chapter pages and it looks like the margins should work.
I've probably cut and pasted into the template wrong somehow, but you know. If you don't read the words it looks OK.

This weekend. I've made a note on my calendar.

lol sounds very familiar.

At the moment it's more to do with the fact that I have out of date products to use up that I cannot sell to my clients. It's either eat them or bin them.

To be honest I promote my other business on FB all the time, have done for years and have never boosted my business that way. So I wouldn't worry too much.

I'm on a diet, and I had a chicken salad for lunch so I'm having one of my milkshake meal replacements tonight, but I've had to cook for the rest of them. Not bad going, I have just issued the Dinner Bellow up the stairs. I am therefore done for the evening and utterly done in.

That has got to be about the 6th time I've gone to look at turning my book into a paperback and realised I've got to stop so I can cook dinner...

Thanks. I'm currently doing what I can on the cheap with whoever I like the look of on Fiver. (ebook and paperback cover for about £20 it's all I can afford) It's a step up from me doing my own. #NotAnArtist

I'm dreadful. Click on something see it's more than 4 lines long, realise I've got clients coming in a minute, kids to feed or whatever else and then just don't follow through.

It was my bright idea for the day. I will now return to the state of broccoli.

Oh I hope so. I know how you feel Alex. Although I suppose I should be grateful for the 24 or so downloads in 11 months, but wow, although I wasn't expecting to sell thousands I think I was expecting more than an average of 2 a month. 3 a month maybe lol.

That's true, to be honest, it didn't occur to me that we should also comment on the blog interviews. I will try to remember to do that.

Excellent thanks, I have just submitted my book to the
smut erotica page.

I changed my key words and categories and sold a book yesterday, but again that went to a FB friend that asked what I'd written when I posted I'd finished writing the second book. I just don't think I come up on lists. I'm probably on page 357 or something when people search for books.

Stuck link on your interview this week and tweeted it. Good luck.

Just sayin'."Oh agreed. I once read a book that was so sparse it read like a shopping list. I'm not in favour of a total adverb cull. I'll take out as many instances of "that" as I can without trashing the fluidity of the sentence. I'll cull the majority of the words I overuse when I'm talking in the real world. I will not write a shopping list. If it reads OK when I read it out loud I deem it OK.

If I could get away with a plain black cover I would. The whole issue of covers makes me shudder.
