201765 MR. BEAN!!!
201765 I was hoping book 4 would be published in time for the event but I am not sure it will so here is my second book I would like listed:

Erica Graham
Genre: Children's
Title: Talking Tales: Cricket's Guitar
Talking Tales Cricket's Guitar by Erica Graham

Blurb:
When Teri hears a small voice calling her, she never would have guessed who she would meet…a cricket! But not just any cricket. This cricket has a guitar. He is hoping that Teri can help him replace a broken string on his guitar. Will Teri’s creative thinking be able to help cricket, or will cricket never play his guitar again? This engaging story is a great tool for any parent or speech therapist. It provides over 80 examples of the “t” sound in various word locations to increase speech development. This book also includes tips for parents who are working with their child’s speech at home.

201765 I uploaded a blog post to the site as well. Please do not feel obligated to post it if this is not what you are looking for. It will not hurt my feelings at all. :) If you do decided to use it and there are any changes you would like to make, feel free. Thank you!

201765 Hi Lucia! Nice to meet you.

I finished book 4! Sending it off to be reviewed and then time to order my first proof. SO EXCITING! That means I completed most of my goals this week and the ones I didn't, I made good progress with. *Happy dance*

201765 Wow Alexis and Julie (and anyone else who may have been involved)! I went to bed last night and woke up this morning to see how much work was done on this group site. Everything is looking great!

201765 I think that would help. You may want to put the intro/instruction post at the top and explain the different threads to help organize for new people. There is getting to be a LOT of information on here which is very exciting but may be a little confusing too. Just a thought. :)

201765 That is the way I understand it. There is a section titled "authors send us your submissions". I believe you send what you have and then they will then determine if they think it meets the needs of the blog and will post it at the appropriate time.

201765 1. Last page needs finishing touches but is pretty much done

2. Reached 68 followers! 2 shy of my goal but I am very happy with that. :)

3. Still working on building my email list (this one has turned out more difficult than expected).

4. Designed and printed bookmarks.

Not a bad week at all. :)

That is a very cool idea. Just a thought...If you do go that route, you may want to allow the first entry to be free just for visiting or subscribing to the site to help draw in more people. But I like the idea of increasing chances to win by purchasing books. Might be a lot of work to keep track of though.

201765 Way to go Carol! That's awesome. Congrats on everyone else's good news as well. A big congrats to Amy with your sales. I am in the same boat as you right now so understand how exciting a 1 or 2 books a month sales is. My something good is that book 4 just came back from the editor! Now time to put words with pictures and send off for a proof.

Alexis is getting the site up and running right now so you haven't missed it yet. We need more authors. :)
