Oops, just saw your announcement in another thread saying we will announce on March 5 so I will wait until then. :) I think I found the thread about blog tours that you may have been talking about. I sent you a DM with the link.

That sounds good to me! Would you like me to start the process of getting information from the participants on sales for the event?
I remember and think I participated in the conversation about blog tours, but that wasn't me.
Carole wrote: "THAT"S IT! I'm on my way to Amstersdam? Do you have coffee?"A trip to Amsterdam sounds fun! Would be a good research opportunity for you too. ;)
Carole: you can do this! We have faith in you!Alexis: I have been a little preoccupied with storm damage so I want to make sure I didn't miss it if you announced this somewhere. Do we have a date for the event yet?

But you know you love us ;)
I tried posting as a guest and it worked. I was also able to login with facebook to vote up comments.
You are probably working on the site right now so maybe that is why it is glitching, but I tried to reply to Carol's comment on my post. It went through. When I refresh the page it shows up for a second then switches to a different view and disappears. I haven't had problems posting on the other blog articles. I will try again a little later to see if it is still happening.
Midweek update:1. Completed and ordered proof for book 4! *does a victory dance* Check
2. Kindle editions are now available. Check
3. Still trying to build my email list. Maybe I need to try a different approach...
4. Beginning blurb for book 4 today.
New goals:
5. Write another blog post for the NI website
6. Help Alexis by collecting and organizing sale information for the spring book festival event.
Come on Amy...everybody is doing it! *wink* nothing like a little peer pressure lol. But seriously, I would like to read an article from you and I am sure there are many others out there that can relate.
Alexis wrote: "So here I am, about to check the grammar of the article I've written for NI.com and this shows up on Grammarly. It's like they know what kind of writer I am! Lol."
Thanks for the morning laugh!

That's very kind. I'm not sure..."
Well, then don't read mine... ;) I don't have very many sales and create my own art as well. But I figured I could write about what I have learned with some of my early struggles. I think it gives a slightly different view since I am not necessarily on the other side looking back. I am still in the beginning.
Amy wrote: "(Way too intimidated to write an article for the website and can't think of anything relevant anyway. It's not like I have any answers to anything.)"I find some of the most beneficial articles to be about someone's personal experiences as an author or about things they have learned along the way.

It's probably stupid and has probably already been answered but when I posted my books in the other thread should I have mentioned that they are free with kindle unlimited? Should ..."Good question. We are going to start a separate thread after we announce the dates where you can list the sales price of you book for the event or if it is available on KU.

I am going to read it over a couple more times before I send it in though.
Alexis wrote: "Erica wrote: "Alexis wrote: "Groovy wrote: "Alexis, you're doing an awesome job. You are really working it. Between us (and everyone else on this thread lol), it is the first blog article I have written. I have done short entries for my Goodreads blog, but nothing like this. It was fun. :) I have been enjoying everyone else's articles too.

Just ordered my first print proof of book 4! I typically need to do 3 proofs before release, but the first one is always exciting!
