Hi, Dennis,
the only IBPA promotion that I could afford is the bookblast either for public libraries or for school libraries. As a result, I got some interest, and then I had to e-mail those who signed up with more info. I don't know the results; I never received a personal answer from anyone (but I'm not good at tracking sales)
