All this A-level exposure you're getting makes me gloriously happy, Carole! I was feeling sleepy, now I'm wide awake again. Ahhh.

Watch this space. We're going to be bestsellers soon.

I'll try my hardest to stay away. I just can't stop working on something whenit excites me! It's a character flaw lol. But breaks are needed. See you all tuesday-ish. I should be able to manage that.. three days.. yeah, that's doable :p
Ok, I'll fix it in a minute Christine. Itruly hope that not everyone's twitter links are mobile. *groans*----
Everyone: Spot the typo and win bragging rights lol

I'm off for a couple of days everyone. Selfcare, socialize, do some writing. I'll be back before you know it. Keep posting books for me to add. :D

Thank you, Carole!
Someone help me out. I can't find the word for the image I'm looking for. It's the thing you hit with a hammer and then a ball shoots up and hits a bell. Does anyone know what its called?

Thanks Julie!
I've seen more authors do it. For example Kresley Cole. https://www.facebook.com/KresleyCole/...
She asked her reeaders to email their receipts and asked for a week to choose the winner. A week should be enough time to process the receipts.
What do you think of this idea: To enter the Amazon giftcard giveaway, people need to submit their receipt on navigatingindieworld.com. One purchase means one lottery ticket, two books means two entries in the raffle, 3 books means 3 entries etc etc.
Carole wrote: "Is that our old Navigating Indieworld Facebook page?- It's not coming up like a regular Facebook page for me- I didn't break it, right?"R.L. gave us a weird mobile link I think, lol
Carole wrote: "Ik begrijp het Dutch!"LOL. I'm taking a break from the internet and will be polishing the book this weekend. Phew, nervewrecking lol.
R.L. wrote: "Created the Book Event on the Facebook page so guys head over and Like it!!"Can I change the header on the page? Sorry, you shouldn't have given me administrator powers if you wanted me to keep my hands to myself. :p
Carole wrote: "I don't think we have a deadline- do we guys?"We will soon! We will probably stop accepting submissions 7 days before the event? What do you all think?
In other news, ERIN has been helping out with the site and added a pretty cool submission tool in the sidebar.
In other cool news, the Author Directory is UP, with working links for everyone. Check your page out and let me know if everything links to where they're supposed to link. P.S. The book titles are clickable too. (Is clickable even a word? Lol.)

We're almost there. :D
Amy wrote: "Alexis wrote: "Amy wrote: "I want to know how you get listed on lists. I looked up erotic fiction authors the other day on Amazon in alphabetical order and I wasn't there. Now I could have been loo..."No, it's easy. You just vote for a book and then it gets added. Trouble is, it needs a high amount of votes to make it to the top of lists.
Amy wrote: "I want to know how you get listed on lists. I looked up erotic fiction authors the other day on Amazon in alphabetical order and I wasn't there. Now I could have been looking at a default "publishe..."Someone has to add you to the list; you can't add your own book. Anyone can add to those lists though. Which one was it?
Carole wrote: "I love Dutch flowers!! I couldn't wait for you see it, Alexis!! It's FORBES!!!!! You remember I did something for Amazon and KDP- the Roundtable and the videos? The publicist from Amazon was asked ..."So exciting. This is FORBES. Like are you kidding me, lol? You need to print the article out and hang it up. But that just goes to show how one little thing can lead to another and then another and then to even bigger things. Very very cool. :D
Oh I just realized something. When people google your name and you're radio show, they will see the ad for NavigatingIndieworld! Which means more exposure for other indie authors too! This calls for chocolate cake. (I was going to go buy cake anyways but this is an even better reason to indulge, lol.)
