That's a bummer Alex. How much did it cost? Someone recommended that authors contact blogs on their own to set up tours. That way you can be certain that the blogs get good views, aren't just used for blog tours, and fits your genre.

I think you shoukd write that book. Get all that frustration OUT. I hope that the estate issues get handled soon.

It's 99p + 20% UK VAT = 1.19p and then the dollar price is 1.19 pound x $ exchange rate = 1.54 USD
I don't think there's anything you can do about it for the UK market.
