I feel you Erin. I got a review that I felt the person hadn't even read the book. I felt justified in that because no one else who reviewed mentioned any of the quite obvious things that everyone would have commented on if it were true.

And Carole was correct, all the good reviews buried it like a mummy. If it's not constructive, I don't even let it bother me anymore. Now I get reviews where people say "I'm so pissed" but rave about why and give a 5 star rating. I'll take those all day.
