Romance.
Courtship? Relationship? Friendship?
... All of the above?

Sometimes this escapes me,
All these sailing ships,
All these words for 'love'.

Romance is undefined,
Nothing makes sense,
All they do is make demands.

I don't want a lover.
I barely want a friend.
I'd settle for someone who understands.

A solitary creature who can't stand to be alone,
I've never been too sure,
Too many ways to be wrong.

A missed signal.
A concept misunderstood.
A statement that took too long.

It's okay if I'm by myself,
But I've love to have you there,
If you'd settle for me.

I'd love you any way you wanted.
I'd sign my life away.
I'd be anything you needed me to be.

I took a little break from GR to catch up on that life thingy i pretend to have.
Checklist is clear! :D
I have ZERO responsibilities this weekend.

Plans are to read vol. 5 of Tokyo Ghoul and vol. 1 of Attack On Titan, wash/vacuum/make a few tiny repairs to my car, (some interior stuff) watch some SAO, help out with the Thanksgiving prep, walk my mongrel and finish a few things for DA.

I'm working on lowering my singing voice, so don't be too harsh.

And yeah, i tried to start too early in the second verse and didn't rerecord because my throat was starting to hurt.

I hate that Myles Kennedy can't get any love without Slash :/
I mean, I LOVE Slash. Best thing to come out of GNR, and this is coming from a vocalist.
But Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators were good without him.

:Christmas gifts for the family:
Mom: How To Archer, bottle of fancy body wash, purple nail polish.
Archer is pretty much her favorite show (I love it too) and the main character's fake biography is supposed to be funny as hell.
As far as the body wash and nail polish go, it's tradition. I've gotten them for her for four years in a row. Purple's her favorite color.

Dad: TBD. I get him stuff for his truck like air fresheners and stuff a lot, might go with that, and maybe another Tommie Copper cuff. I got him one for his birthday. They're cheap and evidently they work.

Clint: I usually just send him a card with some pictures of us and the fur babies, but him and my impending sister-in-law might be visiting, so I was thinking I'd give him a nice framed picture of the two of us or something.

Friends on GR and DA:
I have gifts planned that I should honestly just start NOW.

If i get a job on campus, i might qualify for the working student grant. It varies, depending on what job you get and what major you're working on, but if you work on campus (and i'd get a parttimer some place else) you almost automatically qualify.

So I found something called the Ayn Rand Atlus Shrugged scholarship.
It's for all high school seniors who know what college they're going to, and basically you write an essay on Atlus Shrugged and you submit it, wait, and if you win, you get ten thousand dollars toward tuition! :D
This is English homework, i could do that in my sleep.
