This has been my recovery journal since the first week.
I feel like I let somebody down.

I thought if I went straight back to it I would be okay but it isn't that easy. Moderation is one thing, but this was more than I'd done in a while and overall I just really fucked up.

I had to face my grandmother hung over like a fucking disgrace and I've done nothing but fall back since.
Almost nine months. I made it almost nine months.
