We've also accumulated just over 300 points and read over 50,000pages! 174 Books!
We're averaging over 10 points and slightly ahead of Hufflepuff aka... Hustle-puff. They are seriously on it!
We've got 3ish more days until the next quidditch players are announced!
There are a lot of exclamation marks in this post!

You guys are doing awesome! I started 2 new books and am going to try and get in a good chunk of reading tonight before bed.

PS: I'm listening to Les Miserables (it's long obviously, but it's going to rack up a lot of points once I'm finished!) and there was a funny quote today - I'm paraphrasing but it was, "He liked to make jokes. They weren't so much witty as they were bizarre." That sums me up pretty perfectly, I'd say.

Thank you all so much for your contributions and your house spirit! Welcome to our new members!

Joanna (our mod who oversees the overall challenge) is doing a point check this weekend. I’m planning to update our points tonight and then not update again until Monday so we can have a static point in time for her to check.

That being said, if you have any books you need to log - please do so by tonight (12 Oct) at 10pm MST in order to have them captured for our current total.

I’m going to try my hardest to finish some more books today! But we a understand that real life takes precedence. So please just do what you can but remember to HAVE FUN!

Just an FYI for both Yolanda and Debbie - the reason why your points didn't match is because I had an extra space behind your name in one of the posts that were logged. We'll pay closer attention to that for each entry so you can have confidence that points are being logged appropriately.
