Hey everyone- just saw some clarification from Joanna (thanks to Michelle in Hufflepuff for asking). The deadline is for logging books from October. If you happen to finish books on 11/1 that’s great but will count towards November totals.As you log these last few please make sure it’s clear on which day you finished.

Things have been a little chaotic at work so I haven’t been able to make the update tonight, but will as soon as I can! Mostly I want to spend any free second finishing what I’m reading.

Isn't it interesting how different books pique our interest at different times in our lives? I've had some books for years and haven't read them and then others I get and I read right away.

We have widened our lead in our game against Hufflepuff, but keep on reading everyone - they're a great team and could very well overtake us with their hard work!!

I've also added a few more stats that I think are fun, top 5 pages read, top 5 books read, average pages read and average books read.

Updated my own reserved post. Just finished Career of Evil! It's SO GOOD, you guys. Now I'm trying to decide if I want to read the next Cormoran Strike novel even though it's not optimal for points... or go with something else. TBD.

1) Member roster updated - now a total of 47 of us, 36 who have finished books within the month of October!
2) Stats updated. We're now above 12 points and ahead of Hufflepuff's last update!

Looks like we've got a lot of fun Halloween reads happening right now. I'm not much for horror, but AM reading Career of Evil and I'm right to the point where I think the rest of the book is going to fly on by as the mystery comes together. I love it!

- Updated quidditch positions! Congratulations to our newest quidditch team members: Jhmingos and Abbie!!
- Updated score 11.180 v. Hufflepuff at 11.067 - we are slightly ahead but as you can see only SLIGHTLY. Let's keep the momentum going! Hufflepuff is a formidable opponent for sure!
