Just read "No Such Thing as a Witch" by Ruth Chew. It's a quick middle grade read. I got it used for 50 cents. One of my favorite reads of the year! I laughed so many times reading this book! :D I can't wait to read more from this author!

189072 So far this month I've read 3 short stories about jewels. (All Agatha Christie). Very fitting for our 2024 House Cup Challenge :)

189072 Another great way to rack up points is to read short stories that are longer than 50 pages (no limit on those). I came across several Agatha Christie stories like that.

One of my Easy Points last month was "The Most Dangerous Game" which has an audiobook on YouTube. Highly recommend if you've never read it. Another favorite is "The Lottery" by Shirley Jackson. Also, "The Lady or the Tiger?" by Frank Stockton.

Kate Chopin & Oscar Wilde have a lot of short stories too.

Adding some green books to the TBR for the Emerald theme.
1) My Sister, the Serial Killer has a green title.
2) The Lying Game by Ruth Ware is a green cover.
3) I've got an Agatha Christie short story called "The Rajah's Emerald".
4) The Heiress by Rachel Hawkins has green leaves on the cover.
5) A New Lease on Death by Olivia Blacke is a paranormal book I recently came across that sounds interesting and has a green cover.

I've got it on hold on Libby, but it'll be a bit before it's available.

189072 I’m so intrigued! I’m putting The Cruel Prince as a high priority on my TBR.

189072 Yes, easy points make a huge difference. I’m going to finish mine before the end of the month as well.
