We did!?!?!?!? Wow Hufflepuff you did so good. We trailed the whole time but kept after it and it paid off. Professor Sprout was beaming today.

189072 1 more day Badgers!!! You are doing wonderful. Mount that broomstick and circle the arena!

189072 Yes short stories count! They do have to be published separately however. So like an anthology would count as 1 book + total pages. But a number of small publications count each. Vanessa found some really good short reads on Amazon!

189072 Yeah why not. If the text book is on GR then you can count it.

189072 2 more days Badgers!!! Newt is stuck in his crazy amazing briefcase and it is up to us to bring him home safely. Read! Read like the wind and bring him home :)

Remember we only have till the end of Nov 1st to record any books that count for October. After that is is on to November.

189072 Just letting the team know that the I Survived the Great Chicago Fire, 1871 series is a good option. They are middle age, just over 100 pages, and are fictional accounts of actual disasters.

What is the best book you've gone through so far this month?
Which is your most memorable character?
Was there a story that didn't live up to your expectations?"

I think may I enjoyed The Way I Heard It the most out of any book. I really felt like I was sitting across the kitchen table listening to Mike talk about all those stories.

Most memorable character might be John Kelly from Without Remorse

Yes, I think Men In Blue was a disappointment. WEB Griffin writes a lot of pulp fiction about military and police so I thought this would be better. It was boring.

189072 I have a request. I think all books Potterworld related should get at least a +.5. Even up for more depending on what you think. Since this is our theme and all I think it would be a good option.

John stops and yells "accio headphones!" Seconds later John can be seen mounting his broomstick and flying to the 3 Broomsticks for butterbeer and a quiet corner.

189072 Ravenclaw thinks they are going to beat us.... They have referred to us as "Hussle"puff so we are being noticed!!

Keep it up Badgers!!! Newt was about as smart as they come. Keep up the tradition.
