The title of this book always makes me giggle because of the implicit irony: How to Read a Book -- I mean, if you don't know how to read a book in the first place, how much help will it be to read a book on the subject?

I don't recall if it was anorexia or bulimia or any specifics, but an eating disorder book that I read in the 80s and spent a long time searching for is Early Disorder
