You are very welcome. I like to break up the big books with dividers to get rid of that overwhelming feeling.

I think of it like this:
The 1st quarter in my edition is 262 pages. I easily read more than 262 pages during a normal week. As long as I see it as four books of around that length I don't feel overwhelmed. Did that make sense? I dunno if I explained my thoughts very well.

I look forward to our first "actual read" together of the series Terry! I am thinking of trying to complete this book in July. If it's too much I won't worry about it. But you get one rainy weekend and lots of reading can happen.

I am in the minority but I hated 1984. I didn't exactly finish it. I just jumped to the end to read the ending.

Wow, I thought I was the only one.

Terry one thing I have discovered is that as far as fantasy goes I really like swords, dragons and "Game of Thrones type" stuff. But the magic and super powers sides of fantasy are less desirable for me. I now know to watch out for that.

Everyone except me has read:
~The Harry Potter series.

I have not read it because:
~when these books first came out I was not at all interested in books. I only became interested in books about a year and a half ago because I was too sick to play video games. (just the flu nothing serious) So what did I do? Pick up a book about video games and have not stopped reading since. I have been slowly reading this series - I just finished book #3. Some time I will finish the series but it is not the be all, end all at my age.

I was kind of wondering if she was pregnant as well. I would like to see that because that would definitely be different than the show and if I am correct a true Heir to Winterfell.

I read Armada by Ernest Cline. It was not good! I hated it. I read it because I loved his book Ready Player One and thought it would be good too. I don't recommend Armada at all.

Big Little Lies was set in Australia where one day I would like to visit. This is a great book if you like things like the TV show Desperate Housewives. There is a tv series or mini series or something coming out for this book too.

Sorry if you liked it but City of Bones (The Mortal Instruments, #1). I told my friends I was not enjoying it but I was told "Oh It gets better and the other books are way better keep going"...Last time I listen to them! I hated every second of it.
