My how our little group has grown. We have 117 members now!
It's been fun to read and discuss with others (YOU) also reading the series.

I was lucky. When I stumbled upon this group it was Jan 2nd and there were only about 20 members. Most people had not yet started book 1, myself included.

For those of you actively posting comments, thanks! I love it and read every one of them. It said that no 2 people read the same book. Nothing could be more true.

For those of you too shy to post comments, go for it! Don't worry about making stupid comments...I do it all the time.

And those of you who prefer only to read other's comments, that is fine too. There is nothing wrong with that.

I didn't know that sigil at all.

Yay for Arya! Now she just needs to find a ride over to Westeros. That could be tough.

I liked the part with Edmure, Jaime, and Blackfish. I don't blame Edmure for basically throwing Blackfish to the Lions. Blackfish threw Edmure to them on one of the last episodes when he told the Freys to go ahead and slit Edmures throat.

This book and A Dance with Dragons are really two parts of the same (giant book). Did you like that GRRM split the books by narrator?

Do you think that GRRM is getting swamped by the sheer number of characters he has in these books? In this book alone, we have 9 new narrators.

Cersei has spent most her time in the other books trying to get power, but now that she has it, she can't really handle it. Why do you think that is?

Do you think that Jon had Samwell's best interests in mind when he sent him to be a maester or is he thinking of the Watch?
