Borealis looked at Darley for a long moment, but then broke away, looking at the floor. "A prince is good. A prince is reserved, a prince
has no emotions," he said, as if reciting something he'd been told many times. "A prince with emotions is a king who will fall, and a king who will fall is no good to his people. That's what my dad always told me..."
And all he ever told me, he thought but bit his tongue so as not to say it aloud.

Laili hurried to catch up, then fell into step with Davina, only slightly behind. "So...who's your parent?" she huffed, took a deep breath, and gulped. She really needed to get out more.

"
Thank you, Darley," Borealis said, pulling his sleeve back down over his arm and unwrinkling it as best he could.
Great, now my jacket's all wrinkled... Borealis thought angrily, but after a moment his anger subsided. He closed his eyes and breathed in, then out, then in and out again. "Please pardon my awful show of emotions, ladies, it was unintentional and won't happen again." He said. "I apologize and hope you will take my sincere apology, though I do not blame you for not accepting it." He gave a small bow to each of them in turn.

A huge, grassy hill - part of Pine Field, and named so because of the huge tree sitting right in the center of the hill. Beautifully kept green grass is soft to the touch and crisp underfoot. Separates the Town from the Camp.

Pine Field is a huge field stretching as far as the eye can see, great for taking a ride (on a horse from the Stables), or just laying peacefully in the green grass. It's name Pine Field from the huge Pine Tree sitting just atop the adjoining hill (you guessed it, Pine Hill).

Huge, beautiful horses each in an impeccably clean stall and fresh hay and water. Most are extremely sweet tempered, but beware the one in the corner- he's a nasty!

"Oh, so we're gonna
train the dragon now, is that it...sorry for my language I meant
going to, pardon me - but honestly! Dragons are cruel, viscious, terrible creatures! They'll kill you on sight! You know where I got this?" He lifted his right arm and pulled back his sleeve. There, on his forearm was a huge, long scar reaching from the inside to his elbow, wrapping around the arm and coming back to stop at the inside of his wrist. "Yeah. That's from when I was seven.
Seven. If you ask me, dragons shouldn't be trusted." He finished with a glare at the dragon next to Farah.

Laili looked around, then shrugged. "Sure, why not," she stood up, stretched, then looked around again. "Where to?" She asked.

Big, grassy, fun.

Sure!

Laili nodded. "Yeah....me too.....oh, um, I'm Laili, by the way, Laili put out her hand to shake.

Well, no sure I guess you can be in two places at once, I don't really see why not

So I guess you can, I guess...

Ummm okaaaaaay

I didn't know that....

"...Um...so...whatcha doin'?" Laili asked awkardly, not knowing what else to say.

Wait you can??

XD I would, but he's in another rp right now >.< sorry

Laili looked around at the sound, and for the first time caught sight of the girl a little ways away. She paused then said a little louder than regular, "Hi, um, didn't see ya there..." she gave a little awkward wave, then immediately regretted it.
Should I have done that? she wondered, biting her lip.
