Daenerys didn't answer for a moment, then grunted, "Shouldn't you be going before I change my mind and eat you for dinner, tiny human?"

Daenerys shook his head and straightened up, ruffling his icicle-like horns behind his ears. He was clearly embarrassed, but he tried not to show it and act important and regal. It wasn't working much, though. He turned around a few times, lay down with his back to Farah and Darley, and curled his tail around his snout.

Daenerys sniffed and raised his head importantly. "I am very respected here in the dragon cells, you know."

He glanced around and then bent closer to Farah, as if checking so he wouldn't be overheard. "What was it you said you could do for me?"

Daenerys paused. He lashed his tail. He hissed. He snorted a burst of flame, but that got no reaction from his victims. Finally, he sat down with a thump and glared at them reproachfully.
