Deѕcrιpтιoɴ (Aт leαѕт 4 lιɴeѕ): Harper loves music, and learned to play the guitar when she was eight years old. Music is her hideaway, and where she can go to think. She likes to think of herself as light and airy, but she can definitely be intimidating and serious at times. One does not want to be on the wrong side of Harper Gable's string. She loves to tell and hear jokes, and can be recognized from a mile away. Not because of her extremely unnaturally bright hair which can be any color at all in the light spectrum, (though that is enough for anyone to say, "There's Harper Gable, the girl I told you about, that's her.") but because of her optimistic attitude and the crowds she attracts wherever she goes.

Sara Arriens' early life
(view spoiler)[Sara Arriens grew up in a human community with human friends and human parents, but learned early on she was different from the rest. She'd have random spouts of odd happenings like teacups rising three feet in the air, and then falling with a crash in a broken heap on the floor, or her hair mysteriously becoming a bright purple overnight with no explanation as of how. Her parents at first thought she was just one of those 'trouble maker' kids, who dyed their hair and wrecked havoc wherever they could, as Sara's teachers and friends though as well. But when Sara was fifteen, her parents realized the truth. Sara wasn't a troublemaker at all, in fact she was an incredibly nice girl who hadn't touched a packet of hair dye in her entire life. She was, in fact, a witch. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[Sara met Matthew Gable when she was eighteen and he nineteen. When they first met, he'd just been messing around with his friends and laughing loudly and gaining suspicious looks from the people nearby, along with Sara as one of those passersby. She'd rolled her eyes and turned up her nose at the band of actual troublemaker boys, and walked off. Little did she know that he would ask her out on their first date the following year, she'd say yes, and when she was twenty-three, he'd ask her to marry him. (hide spoiler)]

Harper's early life
(view spoiler)[Harper was born January 13th, in the middle of the night. When she was born she had very noticeable wisps of bright pink hair atop her head, and that was when Sara finally decided to tell her husband her secret. Rather than being terrified and angry, like she'd feared, Matthew had only smiled and held her hand in his his, not saying a word but his face telling everything. He didn't care. He loved her anyway.

When Harper was seven, her mother began giving her lessons on being a proper witch, but because she was half human, she didn't have as much magic as her mother did, so the lessons didn't go exactly as Sara would have liked. Harper would show sudden bursts of magic at highly inoppertune moments, but other than that, she was just a regular human. Oh, except for the fact that her hair could change colors as often as the weather. It was hard to explain to the human population of the town, but eventually it became normal to see Harper Gable with bright blue hair one morning, while the last she'd had quite normal, dark brown hair.

Harper had a fairly normal childhood, and nothing of much interest happened until she was sent to camp when she was fourteen.

Laili gave a sideways glance at Davina, bit her lip, then grinned mischievously. "I'm terrible at running...but I'm pretty good at going across sand like this -" And with that, she began changing. Soon she was small around and long and scaly. She had transformed into her most comfortable state, a snake.
