The pain suddenly got worse than started to subside. I heard a voice beside me, but couldn't make out what they'd said. The pain didn't go away. There was still a deep burning sensation.

"Stop!" I yelled. I would overcome the pain alone.

Burning flames flew up my arm, or that's what it felt like. I couldn't think of anything except the pain.

What was happening? Someone kill me, please! I tried to say something, but all that came out was my screaming. I couldn't think, except of how much I wanted to die.

Wait! No! My friends! Drew! I had to make sure they were okay. They couldn't be burning too. I pushed against the darkness that pressed on me. And the burning got worse. My heart pulsed faster and faster.

(It takes three days for the trans, so the other vamp has to be fought and bites everyone. Lara, what's your person's name?)We came to a huge cavern with a small hole in the roof. I heard footsteps that sounded familiar. I spun around, and there was Greg, the rest of the gang, and a new girl.

Suddenly, Claudia screamed and everyone looked scared to death. I turned around and saw scarlet eyes staring at us. He was pale, blonde, and totally gorgeous. The scent seemed to waft from his breath.

What?! I got to go watch my show.

I love their music! And it was really good.

What did I do?!
