I looked at everyone else. Claudia, E, Nell, Greg, Persophenie, Beth, and Drew. My head was full of questions and I should have been dizzy and sick. But I felt perfect. And than I felt something. A sort of electric shock through me. And than warmth encompassed by a horde of heat. I struggled to sense where it came from. It was almost painful, my hands when to my temples. Everyone stared at me, Drew pulled me to his chest.

"What's wrong? Violet, say something." Drew's voice was full of worry. And I noticed that the heat was between us. It didn't hurt quite so much. It was just so intense.

I looked at Beth through my new eyes, thinking of how my memories seemed so blurry. Everything seemed so clear now. "What the heck is wrong with me Beth? I feel heat."

"What?!" Everyone spoke in perfect bell chiming unison. Everyone stared at Beth. I disintangled myself from Drew, still holding his velvet smooth hand and walked over to Beth.

"Explain." was all I said, but it held all the questions that we needed answered. Silence reighned in the cavern that was supposed to be dark, but I could see everthing in utter detail, even a color I had no name for.

I looked around. Everyone was here. Stunningly beautiful too. And Claudia, was sulking in a corner. My gaze returned to Drew. Sooner than I thought possible, and as soon as I had thought it, my arms were wrapped around him, and his around me, brushing my hair.

I started to feel the burning again. But this time it started on my leg, and worked to the rest of my body a lot faster. My only thought was Drew, and how he had looked at me. I had to pull through this for him. Had to. I didn't know how long it was going to take, but I would.

After what seemed like forever, my heart picked up the pace and suddenly stopped. I could tell that I could move, but I didn't. I was afraid about what had just happened. I should be dead.

Lips brushed my cheek, and I slowly opened my eyes. Drew was there, smiling. i gasped. He had scarelt eyes. My normal reaction would be screaming, but instead, a hissing came through my teeth. I sat up, my hands at my throat. Drew kept his hands on my face, making soothing sounds.
