I finished reading 2 books over the weekend: Queen of Volts (The Shadow Game #3) by Amanda Foody and Sea Swept (Chesapeake Bay Saga #1) by Nora Roberts.

I am now reading Odd Hours (Odd Thomas #4) by Dean Koontz and The Touch: A Supernatural Story (Touch #1) by Robert Flynn III.

I finished reading Little Black Lies by Sharon J. Bolton. This is the first book I have read by this author and I was not disappointed. It has twists and turns I didn't see coming the ending had me completely stunned.

I started reading The Shadow Game trilogy by Amanda Foody and read the 1st 2 books.

CIA Spies (#2) by Linda Howard
Odd Thomas (#3) by Dean Koontz
Linear Tactical (#2) by Janie Crouch

4. Any standout or 5 star books read? Why did you love it/them?
I am loving The Shadow Games trilogy. I'm actually reading the 3rd book now and will be sad to see it end. The story is unique and fast moving.

5. Overall summary of your reading month?
Pretty good for a short month.

I finished reading Ace of Shades (The Shadow Game #1) by Amanda Foody, 5 ★.

I finished reading Ace of Shades (The Shadow Game #1) by Amanda Foody and absolutely loved it. I actually ordered the other 2 books in the trilogy before I finished book 1. I did not receive them by the time I did finish book 1 (they came the next day), so I started reading Brother Odd (Odd Thomas #3) by Dean Koontz.

Thanks, Anita. We'll see how it goes. I may end up adding the complete series to my TBR.
