I finished reading The Devil Wears Prada (The Devil Wears Prada #1) by Lauren Weisberger and it was very entertaining. I finally have 2 days off this week (we are super short handed), so I may sit down and watch the movie.
I am now going to read my deadly author of the month pick: The Shape of Night by Tess Gerritsen.

I started 1 new series: Ghost-in-Law series by Jana DeLeon and I will continue it.

3. Did you move forward in any series (that you didn’t complete or finish)? How many?
no

4. Any standout or 5 star books read? Why did you love it/them?
I really enjoyed The 57 Bus: a True Story of Two Teenagers and the Crime That Changed Their Lives by Dashka Slater. It's a tough subject to write about and the crime was horrible, but I think everyone should read it. The author does a great job covering both sides of the story without leaning more toward one side.

5. Overall summary of your reading month?
It was a slow month due to vacation and being short handed at work, but I'm determined to get caught back up and meet my yearly goal.

I finished reading Odd Interlude (Odd Thomas #4.5) by Dean Koontz and am now starting The Devil Wears Prada (The Devil Wears Prada #1) by Lauren Weisberger.

It was really great. I haven't seen most of my family in 2 years, so I spent 3 weeks with them. I moved from New Hampshire to Tennessee over 23 years ago and I really miss them all and the ocean.

I'm a little late to the party due to being on vacation, but here's my plan as of right now.
