Yeah, the maze scared me too... I'm so looking forward to reading it now.. hehe...

I can't stop thinking about all the characters... I'm not gonna spoil the ending for you, @Dagny, but I'm sure you already have an idea.
@Sundara - This book gets a well-deserved 5 star rating from me

This chapter broke my heart, especially the following lines:
And he realized two things, standing there by the refrigerator, the notes still in his hand. She hadn't left an addreess, and the darkness had caught up with him again.
The real Sophie had taken the Sophie in his head with her when she left.

Shit! Did Josh just said that in front of everyone! I hate him... poor Caroline. I seriously want to punch him in the face!

I loved this bit!

I love this chapter and the one before this. I'm so frigging happy for George.
And he standing up to marry Sara just to her her and the town - this totally made me smile wide...

Dream Inflation:
There are so many books mentioned in this chapter that I'm practically kicking myself for not having read most of them. But as Cheryl pointed out that there's a booklist at the end of the book, I'll make sure to have a copy of it handy the next time I buy new books.
I'll definitely be reading Bridget Jones one soon :)

A Bookshop In Their Midst
I'm actually starting to like all the townies now. And I can feel that there might be something between Tom and Sara in the story ahead.
I can safely say that I'm starting to love this book!

I'm sure a lot of people will come for re-reads too. Eveyone loves Stephen King's books... :D

This really spoke to me, especially - "though she disn't quite know who.."
This is turning out to be a really heart-warming read.

I chuckled when I read that Amy "was ins..."
Haha... I loved that bit too. I'm actually liking George a lot. he's so quite, but his presence feels so comforting.
And i like Caroline too. She's a bit bossy, yes, but she's also caring, but in a weird way. i really like her! And Tom is also now looking interesting, given that he has his own issues and is not being a part of this stupid setting up plan that Jen is trying to set up.

Same here. It would be fun! Please suggest a convenient month for you next year as I won't be able to do it in Nov or December this year.
We can invite everyone who's interested!

No worries, Cheryl. It was fun reading your comments though!
Lets plan a Stephen King buddy sometime for (probably next year.) What say? Or maybe any other author or book?

"The curtains were made from an entirely different floral pattern and were much too short for the window." My bedroom curtain - exactly - about eight inches too short, ..."
Ditto, Dagny. I was under the impression that they were between 20-22 ages, but they turned out to be elderly and I think that was the point where I felt a lot of things made sense (like Sara travelling all way to America and stuff.)
And the "call me Jen" was totally hillarious. I'm loving Sara so far! Mainly because she's into books and because she reads Dan Brown's books. I'm finding a few titles now that I have read and love dearly, so needless to say I'm really liking it!
I'm starting my today's reading session now, so will come again by tonight to share further :) :D

I just started reading this book and the first few pages bummed me a bit. I have no idea about the books mentioned in htis book so far... And I'm not sure now... but I'll keep on going and see if i can find a few book names that I might actually want to read after I finish this one. I just hope it'll have enough story and less book reccs. though, otherwise it'll be a bummer...
