Ever since she was a little girl, Kira had known she didn't belong.

Kira, seventh daughter of a seventh daughter, and youngest heir to the throne of Brundwin, has never felt at home. She's never called the drafty castle she lives in 'home', it simply doesn't feel right. Also, home implies a place where you were loved, and where you loved them back.

Kira has never felt the emotion called 'love'.

There could be two teams throughout the entire contests, maybe, and after each 'game' one is eliminated from each team, and then throughout it the public can save five, which brings it down to five, and then the winner saves one and....yeah

This is also pretty cool, because I'm doing (for school) a huge long paper about mythical animals XD

Okay, so we should figure out what the challenges are, and how many and stuffs...

I think putting them in an arena definitely, like, fits with the time period and such - but I mean...eh...and it does seem kind of like Hunger Games

What if we had more, like - OMG IDEA!!!!

What if we had other Greek myths in here too, like monsters that they have to fight or something, and the myths are interlaced with this story...?

I was also thinking that these are the original zodiac signs and their stories, and this praetorian guard contest-thing was so incredible and different from all the others, that it was put up in history...or something..

But yeah...
