✨📖 Welcome to the Reader’s Exchange! 📖✨

A new place in the Author's Corner intended for authors and readers to connect in a more interactive way. No promotional information will be posted here, only posts by authors looking for beta readers, ARC readers or feedback on their work. This will also be the place for surveys, questionnaires, or reader polls to be posted. So go check off that notification box in the thread now!

We have an author in that thread, T.M. Yomide, who needs some beta readers for his upcoming book "The Merged". Are you someone who loves a blend of sci-fi and fantasy and a multi-timeline scale? Do you have a thoughtful eye that can spot plot holes and dull spots? Would you like to read the book before the world sees it? Please consider being a beta reader for T.M. Yomide! More information about this here
Oct 01, 2025 02:17AM

139735 No problem, glad to be helping you. I'll make an announcement in the group announcement thread now as most of our members won't know about your post unless they see it in the group announcement thread. Best of luck with getting beta readers and best of luck with your book!

139735 I'm thinking of joining you for this series buddy read. The poll was brutal! All of the series sound great, it was near impossible to choose one. But that is a good thing, it means no matter what wins I will probably enjoy it :)

Hey T.M. Yomide, welcome! 👋❤️

It must be very exciting to write your very first novel! I would love to assist you in trying to find some beta readers. I just made a thread in the Author's Corner for you, here is the link to it. When you have posted your post there asking for beta readers, I will make a post in the group announcements thread notifying our members of the new thread and of you needing some beta readers. Hopefully our members will find their way over to you. I have to warn you though, not to post any promotional posts outside of the Author's Corner. I trust that you will read through our rules and follow them, but I have to tell you this because we have had several authors before not following these rules and spamming our members. That results in immediate banning from the group. But that shouldn't be a problem with you 😊

Anyways, best of luck with your novel, and don't hesitate to join some of our reading challenges while you are here! Let me (or any of the other mods) know if you have any other questions 😊

Happy to have you here! 📚✨

139735 Thank you Kathy for the great picks! My picks for you are:

The Bones Beneath My Skin by T.J. Klune (since you picked a T. J. Klune book for me, I thought I'd do the same for you)
Hallowe'en Party (Hercule Poirot, #41) by Agatha Christie (what better book than a Halloween-themed crime for October?)
