Not all ARCS come with covers. It depends on how the publisher has created the file. About half of my ARCs have the NetGalley default cover instead of the actual one.

A Twist of Fate by Se-ah Jang

This contemporary mystery could have been as outstanding as the cover, but either the writing style or the translation (or possibly both) fail.
