Creepy from the get go. I have about 35% left to listen to.
125752 Finished and gotta say I enjoyed it. I like YA so opt-out if you don't.
125752 I'm going to start it today. :-)

is the audio free on KU?
125752 I'll try to start this one next since a couple of you already read it. I've been delaying because I have to buy the audio. hahaha
125752 I'm at about 70% and I have just gone round and round over whodoneit. I think 1 character, then another, then another, then sure I figured it out. LOL

I don't know if the h is very brave or very dumb. It's like one of those B rated horror movies where you just want to yell "no, don't go in there!" ;-)

125752 Pick Me Challenge!!!

1. Create a new shelf or update your existing shelf on your bookshelf that includes approximately 20 books that you would like to have someone use to pick a book for you to read. Books will only be selected from the shelf you choose.

2. By the end of the month, post in this thread that you want to participate and provide a link to your Pick Me shelf. (If you've participated before, I already have your link and you don't have to re-post it.)

3. On the first day of the month I’ll use the randomizer to pair up everyone.

4. Friend your partner who is picking for you or set your profile to public or your partner will not be able to access your shelf.

5. You have until the 3rd of the month to post your selection for your partner in this thread.

6. Come back after finishing the book selected for you by your partner (even if it's after the month has ended) and let everybody know what you think about it.

Sign up period will remain open until the end of this month.

So awesome. I keep telling myself that one day I'm going to take a touring trip like that. One day...

125752 We've had a late lasting winter. I went to the Farmers Market yesterday and they don't even have fruit available yet. I only saw some blackberries.

Glad you're feeling better Di. Don't push yourself too much yet.

125752 That sounds like a great trip Di. Especially with an audiobook. 😃. I think most live concerts are awesome. I love to watch performers even when they're not well known. I did catch Bryan Adams locally last month. An old fave of mine.

Are you shopping for anything in particular? I went to Hobby Lobby a couple of days ago to pick up 2 items for less than $3. I walked out with a bagful worth $50. 🥴

Do any of you have stores that are irresistible to you?

I don't know, I've seen many a younger lady / girl out in stores in pajama pants. I get jealous. LOL I've also worn my house slippers out by mistake.

125752 Judy, are you reading The God of the Woods by Liz Moore The God of the Woods ?

I thought I saw you post on the PMC that you'd gotten your library copy.

I'm on Part 1 Chapter 20. Very interesting! But all this back and forth in time always annoys me.

OMG OMG OMG I recently re-read the entire series. Are you saying there's a spin-off?

Unlike most people, I can only think of Murderbot as male. Although, in actuality, it's androgynous.
