Well... touchy subject, but... I think DT acted like his usual self and KH tried to present her case to The People, but... 🤷🏽‍♀️ I don't know if she gained many new supporters. I think most people have already made up their minds on who they will vote for and they will not change it... I do hope they debate again with open mics. I think that would be a lot more interesting at least.

It is a wee bit slow, but also super interesting at the same time. Definitely creepy. It's a good Fall/spooky season read. Though I don't think it's spooky season yet.

Y'all, I stayed up until after midnight watching debate analyst. I am PAYING for it today. I am getting so old. I literally just want to go back to bed. Plus, we are getting to best kind of soft steady rain this morning thanks to the hurricane. It's stay home and snuggle weather for sure.

Yay, I'm so glad you liked it, Stacy. This one is much more character driven rather than the fantasy elements. But they were good too.

I just call it a loss at this point. A lot of them I got for free or 99 cents back in the day. I hardly ever just 1-click because a book is on sale anymore. I have to have it on my immediate tbr. I have lost out on sales doing that though. But oh well.

Oh, I love Holiday books! All the holidays, but especially Christmas. All the subgenre holiday books too. Alien/scifi and PNR Christmas book can be so good. Sometimes hilarious.

I deleted about 40 books from my Want to Read shelf, and added 6 books to my Pick Me Challenge book shelf. I feel good about weeding through and eliminating a few book I know I'm not ever going to actually read. I'm sure I could have deleted more, but it's a good start. I have a lot of Christmas books on there I really need to try to get to this year instead of just adding more new releases. LOL

Okay, this one started off slow for me, but I'm loving it now. I'm at 74%. I do Feel (view spoiler)[ a stupid breakup coming on. I James is torn between desire and duty and he's going to push her away, I think. Then he will have to go to Paris to win her back. That is my prediction at this point. And that is going to knock off a star if it happens because I hate that kind of plot devise. Do better. Be more original. So I hope I'm wrong. (hide spoiler)]
