Okay, yes! Once again, I have enjoyed this book so much! It is going from 3 to 4.5 stars. I loved Julian this time. And yes, now we know why he's been so cranky all this time. I was so tired yesterday. Plus with the time change (and it was raining all day) it was dark outside when I left work at 5 o'clock! 😫

I'm going to have to start meal planning for time purposes. I started working fulltime today! I haven't had a full time job in 20 years.

Aww, that is too bad. My Gran had to go into a rehab facility in September, but she was only there for a couple of weeks. Then she stayed with my mom. She just went home Saturday. She had a severe liver infection though, not a broken bone. But hopefully your MIL won't have to stay there too long. My MIL had knee replacement surgery last week and she is doing really well. PT is coming to her home. She said she hasn't even been in pain, just soreness. So fingers crossed and prayers for your MIL's recovery.

With 45minutes left in the book, I don't have any idea who the killer is. (view spoiler)[I think it's Zeke but that's so obvious. I do think he kidnapped Rachel though. Abigail is so frustrating! No matter what, she is behind it all. She is so crazy! And everyone is STUPID for thinking it's Huck. He is smart and a police officer. Why would he leave all that evidence behind. As police officers and his coworkers they should know better. They're making me mad. (hide spoiler)]

Y'all, I loved this book so much. I think it was mostly because I could relate to Aaliyah so much- southern Black girl raised in church. I hope y'all can enjoy it too. It's a top read of the year for me.

I love how all these psychic or mysterious people are all around her and she is so logical and linear.

Konix (sp?) is making me nervous.
