I do a dry brine, I guess. I slather the turkey with butter inside and under the skin and on top of the skin and season it with salt, poultry seasoning, and paprika and put it in the fridge overnight. It has turned out really good every time so far. 🤞🏽

That's how I felt too, Jill. I went with 4 but it could have been a five star for me. But the first one was still the best one to me. So that's what I compared it to.

125752 Happy Saturday, y'all! We had our annual Thanksgiving luncheon at work yesterday. It was a big hit! I was exhausted after because I got up at 5 to make dressing and I pretty much coordinated and set up everything because it was a professional development day for instructors. They got out just in time to eat. 😆 Anywho... Jerrick and I went to the HS football game and it waa cold. We keft at halftime because we were winning 49-0! It was the first round of playoffs. That's pitiful. The score ended up being 66- 6. EEEP!!!

One if Jerrick's coworkers is having a 50th birthday party tonight. He told me YESTERDAY! And we are supposed to wear black and gold. I seriously don't want to go... I hope J decides he doesn't want to go. I told him I didn't have anything to wear. He just looked at me like I was crazy. 🤣

I think we are going to make this series a buddy read for December.
125752 I would like to continue The Palace of Rogues series with My Season of Scandal (The Palace of Rogues, #7) by Julie Anne Long and also ad The Duke Who Despised Christmas (Christmas Dukes Book 1) by Scarlett Scott

125752 I only have 2 books on my December list and they are long running PNR series. But I might come back after I look through my KU shelf and Want to read shelf. Can't wait to see what you guys nominate. I want to immerse in the holidays!!
