Point of Views (aka POVs) are something all books have but every author uses differently. Which POV do you prefer to use? Are there any you struggle with? Or maybe you’re not sure which one to use? Any and all POV related stuff can be discussed here.

Do you set goals? Daily or weekly word count goals can be really helpful for some writers while just stressful for others. Share your personal goal (or goals cuz hey who said you could only have one) as well as any goal related tips here.

If you have any questions group wise feel free to ask them here and me or Ruqayyah will get back to you as soon as possible

Have you ever done/thought/wrote something that just made no sense at all and left you wondering if you even had a brain? Or perhaps had idea or written a line so insanely good you kind of just sat there looking at it for a second like "Damn... I wrote that?!". If so feel free to share any of those experiences here.

And I'm Dovey, you may call me Dove, Dovey, V, Vera, I'm really not picky (wow that was a lot of commas).
I write pretty much the same genres I read. So fantasy, sci-fi, historical fiction and dystopian mostly.
As for current works I can never focus on just one thing so I am writing several novels and series (yes, yes I am chaotic thank you for noticing)
I also may or may not edit my comments like way later (the 'last edited' thing is giving me away lol)
So anyway welcome to the group!

Do you have any dreams for after your book(s) is published? Maybe it's for someone to draw fanart of your characters, or be featured on booktok recs? Whatever it is you can share and discuss that here.

So how this game works is someone will give you a word and you will describe it in the most bizarre way possible that still makes complete sense then you present another word for the next person.
Let's start with "the moon"

yes but in a good friendly way lol
What is a Writing Nook?A writing nook is the topic where you post any of your own writing you want to share. From short stories to little clips of novels to poetry, anything you want.
Don't forget to tell us what you want the topic name to be.
