Not too shabby! Thanks to everyone who participated in this challenge! I promised you a prize at the end if we reached the goal, but what the heck, you all deserve something special for your participation anyway. Thanks to Holly's mad crazy designing skills, that's just what you're going to get.
For everyone who participated in this challenge, please feel free to save and/or print off this bookmark for your personal use and for posterity's sake -

Thanks, everyone! This year has been a blast!

I got lots of reading done yesterday, since that's basically all I could stand to do.
95 pages of As You Wish: Inconceivable Tales from the Making of The Princess Bride
160 pages of The Wide Window
24 pages of Perelandra
Which brings my total to... 559 pages.

My last question to you of 2014 is this - How would you sum up your reading year?
Was it a good year for you? Did you make any new and awesome literary discoveries? Did you add new books to your Fave Books Ever list? Was it a mediocre year for you? Did nothing you read quite satisfy? Was it an awful year for you? Did you have trouble finding anything at all decent to read?

Thanks, Kiwi!

I hope you manage to avoid joining us, Holly!

I hope it doesn't take a month to work itself out, though! Ouch, that must have been rough, Renee!

I would change the ending of Jamaica Inn. I would have given that book 5 stars if it hadn't been for the ending leaving me cold. I wasn't expecting a perfectly "happy ending" but still... (view spoiler) so I was left feeling kind of depressed and annoyed. Why couldn't she have just (view spoiler)

That sucks. I hate being sick over Christmas! :(
