1176148 I find I enjoy reading most when I float naturally from book to book. Letting one book lead me to another. That's what this year's challenge is. Read as I want not as led by challenges or dictated by my hold list. Hopefully, that will lead to more relaxed and enjoyable reading.

I read 138 books and 17070 pages last year. So my only goal for this year's challenge is to read 125 books and/or 20,000 pages whichever comes first. I'm going to participate in other challenges and I will post my ongoing President's Challenge on this thread but no pressure to achieve multiple goals just 125 books or 20,000 pages. I'll report the books and make commentary as I go.

1176148 I am a sucker for lists of books. The best of, the greatest, read before you die, book lust, books found in a book about books, just any list has me tallying the score of how many I have read and looking up books that I haven't. This also means I have a never ending TBR running through my head of books I NEED to read. So this year's challenge is to check a few books off that list.

You may recognize the lists these come from. They may come from your list. One of the reasons I enjoy Goodreads is getting to take a peek at other people's reading lists. Feel free to check off what you've read and what you haven't. Pat yourself on the back if you know you added to the list.
