Claude is incredibly submissive, often doing things even if they don't want to, as long as the other person wants it. They're really easy to manipulate, even if they realize they're being manipulated they won't do anything about it. Claude is surprisingly trusting, especially considering his history, although his trauma actually caused this trait. He isn't really sensitive, in fact, he finds it quite fun when people insult him. He hides most of his feelings that he views as negative, although they will often come out at random times when he just can't handle his own thoughts. His favorite emotion to feel is fear, especially fear of what people might do to him, it feels so thrilling being scared of what others might do next, although he also likes being around those who he isn't scared of what they'll do next, just unsure.

(view spoiler)[Claude was born to an incredibly dysfunctional family and his only purpose to his parents was someone to put the blame for all of the negative things in their life on. When he was around 11 he realized he could go over to his friend's house and stay there often, although that just resulted in his parents yelling at him with much more intensity. Claude was around 12 when somebody he believed was his friend began to sexually abuse him. Claude wanted to stop it all, although they would constantly threaten to hurt themselves if Claude ever did anything that could get in the way of it. After a while he realized he had nobody to go to, either way, most of his friends left after false rumors made by his abuser and his parents wouldn't care, they'd just call him gay. He fell into a pit, he felt like he couldn't go anywhere but them and just accepted it, he began to dress femininely because they liked that, although it was also partially because he liked the feeling of being seen in a sexual light by those around him. Both of his parents judged him intensely for this, they even burnt some of his clothes and forced him to watch, but that didn't prevent him from it at all. When his parents divorced he was upset, but he wasn't upset about that, he was upset that he had to move away from the one person who accepted him, even though he slightly knew that they only viewed him as a sex object. When he did move he still sexualized himself, but he felt like he was freer to do things, he got into a few relationships, although his relationships were often ended because it seemed like he only was with them for the sex, he truly loved them, he just wasn't sure how to express it other than sexually. He began to struggle with mental health issues, he felt as though he was an abusive person and really did only want relationships for the sex, even though that was obviously not true. He never talked to anybody about his mental health though and always faked a smile, but he could barely ever even get out of bed most days. He felt horrible about himself, although it was only because he had nothing to distract him, his two friends had both moved away and he was alone, he could only think about how worthless he was and how he was actually an abusive person, yet he slightly knew he wasn't and that was just his head being irrational. He eventually got himself out of the cycle of thinking he was a horrible person for just being unable to express love other than sexual methods, although that thought would often come back to him and he just felt horrible for it. He wished so much he could express love better because he viewed it as one of the few things that actually helped him not feel like a disgusting piece of shit that deserved the worst. A bit after he turned 18 he met Carnation and was in a relationship with them for a short while, but Carnation thought it would be better to just be friends, although to Carnation that meant that they'd still be able to have sex, which he was perfectly fine with since it made him feel loved. He found himself thinking about Carnation a lot, more than he would usually think about his friends, but he just thought it was just that Carnation was a really good friend. (hide spoiler)]

appearance ; Claude is quite short when compared to the rest of his family, although he’d never be around his family, meaning you couldn’t really make that comparison, he’s short, he says he’s 5’3, but in reality, he’s 5’2. He wears generally revealing clothes that are quite feminine, they’re often attacked for this, although they’ve learned to avoid thinking about this fact too much. He absolutely hates wearings pants, as well as any open-toed shoes, they don’t have a particular reason for hating open-toed shoes, although when it comes to pants it’s because they believe they’re just so uncomfortable, especially when compared to skirts. He prefers long-sleeved things as opposed to short sleeves, although they are willing to sometimes wear short sleeves. His skin is a light shade of grey.

WHY THE HELL DO PEOPEL KEEP TAKING GOOD A NAMEs DAMMIT

"Okay! Glad you okay!" her worries quickly dissipated, although she wasn't fully sure if he was telling the truth, considering people often lied about being okay to avoid making her feel bad.
She clapped her hands out of excitement. "I find place to cut! Might have to buy knife though," her tone sounded slightly disappointed at the end, but she wasn't, she was fine with having to spend a bit more to share the new fruit. May grabbed Rodney's hand and began to drag him around, trying to find a knife that they could borrow.
She quickly handed him her handkerchief upon realizing his nose was bleeding, "Oh no! Here!" She'd smile in a comforting manner, "Used to get nosebleed a lot." She thought that sentence would help add a bit more understandings to her actions.

"No, I'm going to get you a gift as well, it's the nice thing to do since you got me one," they always tried to give people gifts in return whenever people gave them gifts. They didn't view it as fair for somebody to give a gift but not get anything in return. They realized they didn't know what Carnation would like, but quickly an idea popped to their head, "Would you like one of my stuffies, Corn?" They felt like that was a good offer, considering they really like their stuffies, so it'd show just how much they care about him. "Or if you think of a better gift I'll try to give you that," they weren't fully sure if he'd like having one of their stuffies, so they said that to give him more options than just one of their stuffies
"What? I don't remember doing too much for you, could you list something I did, please?" they realized right after saying that, that it sounded like they just wanted compliments, but they didn't, they couldn't remember doing too much for Carnation, but that wasn't saying much, considering how forgetful they are. "I remember you doing things for me, but not really me doing things for you, I guess it just slipped my mind unless you're lying to make me feel better, but you wouldn't do that," they'd say innocently, unaware Carnation lied much.

They'd audibly gasp, "You got me a stuffie?" Their eyes would light up, they loved it whenever Carnation got them anything. They were very excited, considering he was really good at getting them gifts, but they may also just be because they are easily occupied and love almost everything.
Their smile grew even more upon seeing the stuffie, "I love it! Thank you!" They felt so happy to be getting a gift. "I'll get you something soon!" They have a habit of buying people gifts when they buy them gifts, even if they weren't as good at giving gifts as other people. They sprawled out on their bed, making an excited noise, partially forgetting Carnation was still in the doorway, "Ah, sorry! I forgot you were there! I was just so excited!"

Azalea was talking to their stuffies, telling them how they missed Orchi, but Carnation was still giving them good company, even though he left a few times to get things. They talked a lot about Orchi, mainly because he hadn't traveled for a long time, but they knew they would have to deal with it for a few days.
They greatly jumped when the door opened, but they realized it was just Carnation. "You scared me! I thought you were somebody trying to hurt me," they felt comforted knowing that Carnation was there and could protect them.
They'd stand up, pulling their sweater down to cover a bit more of their thighs because they had been scratching and didn't want Carnation to see. They'd quickly prance over to hug Carnation. "What did you need?" they'd ask, slightly excited to be talking with Carnation right now. They'd be holding a stuffie that was a blue penguin-type creature, but they'd be cuddling close to it while still standing up.

"Maybe I will," they'd be doing their best to bluff through this. They found it odd how feuds were just tolerated and encouraged, in her mind, it seemed just like prolonging a war even after it's clear who was winning.
Onyx simply stared back, trying not to show any vulnerability that could make them seem to have any sympathy for Grey. They thought they were convincing, although they were unaware that Alex knew it was all lies she was telling both of them. She was slightly scared that she would have to hurt Grey, which likely wouldn't happen, it'd more likely be that Grey would be hurting her. "Well, let's continue our game, it's your turn," the emotions of the game were slightly ruined, but they could at least finish playing this round before going back inside.

Carnation really wasn't helping them feel strangely sleepy. Their eyes felt heavy, yet they weren't sleepy before. They really liked the head pats, that was a large upside of being friends with the tallest people. They'd giggle a bit, "My blood probably tastes like blood, I don't think they really have different flavors from what I know."
It took Azalea a moment to register what was happening, but once it was processed they weren't sure what to do, they didn't want to make Orchi more uncomfortable, but they couldn't really do much other than standing there. The church bell rang 9 times, marking it as 9 o'clock, which meant Azalea's first class of the day was taking place soon. "Shit, I'll see you guys after my class," they were upset that they had to leave so suddenly, but they partially came to expect it.

"Yeah, if you wanted to I'd say yes, you've got a fair point, but I still think that you're worth more than me," they believed that Orchi was worth more than themself and couldn't be convinced otherwise, no matter how many times they tried to convince them.
"Alright!" They were excited to have found a way to kind of hug Orchi, but it wasn't as personal. They were glad to be able to kind of hug Orchi, even if it was just Carnation.
Azalea looked up, but they moved their hair up to avoid any getting in their mouth, and in turn, exposed their eyes. "Thank you, I'll also hug you when you least expect it," they'd smile deviously, always liking to do silly little things like this because they found it fun. They'd stand on the bench to properly hug Carnation, but they only really hugged his chest, considering they were still way too short, even with the bench. They let go of the hug and kind of just laid on his chest, he was warm, it was nice. They could fall asleep right here, but they knew it wouldn't happen.

"Oh yeah, those people aren't welcome here, unless like their some of our group sugar mommies," she'd say jokingly, honestly, she would get rid of some of them if they thought reading wasn't as enjoyable as it was made out to be here. She knew that everybody would come together and agree that those who don't really like reading shouldn't be here. They liked horror novels the best of any, although would read almost anything.
Onyx slightly panicked when they realized they said that aloud. "Yeah, but they could still easily beat me," They wanted to seem calm while talking about Grey, but the next thing made them lose their calm act. "I am not, I would kill Grey the second I got a chance, I would never take pity on, especially not because I'm attracted to them, which I'm not," They felt kind of pissed, but they didn't want to prevent herself from showing it, so she let it all out.

"Hm, alright," Azalea didn't really believe them, but they didn't want to push any topics that Orchi didn't want to talk about since they were forced to do that a lot in their childhood and they hated it. The people who did that always forced them to talk about exactly what happened whenever they didn't want to do things and would simply make fun of them for being a coward or just being soft. "Well, just because you are more selfless than me, you let me sleep in the bed with you whenever I'm scared and I don't really repay you for that," they had just said something that had actually been bothering them for a while, considering it made them feel like quite a burden on Orchi.
"It's okay, that's why I asked, in case your body wouldn't allow you," they didn't really understand what was causing it in Orchi, but their own body often wouldn't allow them to enter rooms because the things watching them reside in there. "I can just give Corn a hug and we both pretend it's you!" they knew it was a stupid idea, but it made them feel better. "Is that okay with you Corn?" they'd ask, knowing he'd likely say yes, but it's best to ask, just to be safe

Azalea got ready to argue, "Sure, I've been through some stuff, but you have to put up with more stuff daily than me," they'd pause, taking a breath in, "And I just think you're worth more than me." They viewed Orchi and Corn as more important than themself, but there weren't too many people to rank them along with. It was just them and Azalea's parents, but they barely ever saw them, considering how much they dislike their parents.
They smiled, "Yeah, they kind of do, but it's okay, I understand it." They thought they heard something move, but it wasn't anything and just resulted in them looking around, trying to find the source of the sound that didn't exist
"Oh, well, I know we're friends, silly! You're one of my best friends!" They'd say enthusiastically, even though that didn't really mean too much since Orchi is one of their only friends. They'd almost go to hug Orchi, but they'd catch themselves, "Can I hug you?" They've found that sometimes Orchid doesn't like being touched too much, but that was okay with them.

Azalea noticed Carnations tongue movement, just this once and they found it interesting, it wasn't something they had seen him do often, but they may have just missed it. "Yeah, that's right," they nodded, thankful for Orchi shutting Carnation down, considering they were barely able to process what was happening. "You deserve the world more than I do," they'd say, playfully angry, not really understanding why Orchi quickly added the last part. They just thought Orchi was being a good friend and didn't want them to think they meant it in a weird way, but even without it, they wouldn't have thought that they meant it romantically.
"Well, maybe because their head is telling them that it sounds like flirting, even if it doesn't really," they were happy to be able to help Orchi out, considering they helped them out of getting much more flustered by Carnation doing even more things to them, but they knew deep down, they'd slightly like that. The last part of his sentence would just process, "I don't think that's it, maybe just they think I might interpret something wrong and then it'll get to my head, causing me to think of weird things."

"Yeah, it's annoying and those kinds of people will likely be the types to tell people to stop reading," they really dreaded that last bit, many of the members did that in their free time, although there were a few who wouldn't be affected at all by that.
"I'm going easy on you," they weren't being entirely truthful, just they weren't taking this too seriously, considering it was just a game of croquet with their cousin. They'd quickly butt in, "Well, it makes me work more seriously, I'd never believed any of them are stronger than me," they'd paused for a moment and under their breath, they'd say, "Except Grey, they're actually stronger than me."

"I won't overdo it, I'll make sure one of you two are around when I do it," they really didn't want to, but they knew it'd make Orchid happy, so they had to do it. Maybe one day they'd be able to go to school events with them and feel comfortable just being there. They just wanted to make Orchi happy.
"I-I," they weren't sure what was happening and weren't sure of what to say, leading to their words sounding confused, "Thank you?" They didn't know what was really happening, but it slightly comforted them for some reason, they weren't really sure why, it just did, like how being with Orchi made the nights more manageable.
They were really embarrassed by Carnation's response and it made them incredibly flustered. They quickly covered their face, but their hands weren't big enough to cover their entire face, exposing a bit that they were blushing. "T-thank you both," they were too flustered to think of a response and that was the best they could really manage. They were scared Carnation would pull their hands down, so they'd hold them as tightly as possible to avoid them seeing how flustered they are.
