Okay. For me, sometimes horror/paranormal scary stuff does enough to creep me out but isn't necessarily terrifying. Everyone has their own thing that scares the shit out of them. Crime books normally terrify me in a way I don't like.

In real life for me, it's snakes. Fuck those guys.

And four year olds. They're terrifying D:

I'll give you guys some books that have given me nightmares, AND are excellent books at the same time. Some are paranormal, some are just creeptown for other reasons.

Hey, everyone. So, we were hoping to make a list of everyone's favorite scary stories for the month of October. You know, to go along with all of the cheesy horror movies we're going to binge on.

What's the scariest book you've ever read?

I'm impressed. I never would have made it to four if I wasn't interested.

I love mine. I have scoliosis and it helps with my lower back pain. I got it at Target for like 25 bucks I think?

Paul, I watched the first couple of seasons and then I was kind of over it. But I've heard it got much better after I stopped watching (hanging out in a prison season).

You're right about the acting. It's really bad, particularly Eph and Nora. Now that we've been watching it for a while and are into the story, we don't notice it anymore. That's usually my disclaimer when I recommend it.
