If you are a reader you know the situation well. It fits all of us at one point or another in our lives, that is the constant journey in my life.

Behooves you yes my mother used it all the time it means you have a duty of responsibility to do something. so that's what she meant when she use to say to us it behooves you to get those dishes done.

Unfortunately they target the elderly and those that are vulnerable. My mother was targeted because she is in early stages of dementia. They conned her out of 1100 dollars. That is one of the reasons my sister has power of attorney for her. The bank knows not to let any money out of the account without first getting authorization from my sister. That and she had the account changed and my mother can't remember the new information so there is no way she can give it out. That and my sister pays all her bills for her and get her money out when she needs or wants something. Yes she got stung but b comparison she got off lightly.

True enough times have changed but there are still women out there that try to trap a man in that way. I know it sounds strange but it still happens.

We have to stop all this waffling or we are going to be toast.

You get those kind of calls everywhere. It was getting so bad here I got my number unlisted and I paid a lump sum to get my number screened and the got an additional service to block international cold callers. It doesn't block them all but 99 percent of the calls I got have been blocked. The last one I called I explained to him that if he calls again I will blow a whistle down the phone so loud it will rupture his ear drums. He told me He will call the cops and report me for threatening him. I told him not to worry I will call for you and let the cops know as you are a cold caller it is against the law who will get into trouble? he has never called back since. 2 years and counting. Yes threats work...

At the rate it's going you are going to have another Zombie to add to the list, I can do the zombie walk and once I learn how to stop drooling I will make a believable zombie.

No matter how you cover it they are set for a break fast one at that.
