OK sorry using txt speak I have been doing a lot of txting with my son and it sort of slipped into this message.it can mean what you want it to mean. For example they say it means Laugh Out Loud, but it can also me Lazy Old Loafer or Loony Obnoxious Lay about. But as it you Groovy it means Lovely Objective Lady
