Thank you Groovy, but it probably means that I'm a nosey busy body. Just joking not much of one for complements so I have a tendency to play them off.

I would normally avoid contact with individuals like that but I couldn't allow someone to be picked on.

Thanks Groovy and Ori. I have already flagged him and the other guy he kept having a go at flagged him and blocked him. I guess I live a sheltered life on here, because this is the first time I have run across someone so darn ignorant. Most people on here that I have talked to have been fine or at least civil.

Groovy I ran into a problem the other day or should I say stumbled. I was on one of the Stephen king threads and got into a discussion with this person, I won't say gentleman because he wasn't. He kept ranting at this poor guy because he used his name. Being the kind of person I am I tried to mediate and explained to the person that everyone is entitled to there opinion and no need to be so hostile. Well to cut a very long story short he told me to mind my own and it time this person understood not to mess with the USA.

I explained to him I was an American living over seas and the individual he is having a go at is English and not threating you in any way so get over it dude. I used the term dude because we don't have permission to use his name, although he put it on as his user name. He didn't seem to get it that when we discuss books we send our messages or post them to the person they are meant for by using there user name.

He is obviously rather dense as he couldn't seem to grasp this concept. By the way he talked or should I say wrote I would hazard a guess he is from Texas or in that region as I don't know of to many regions that regularly use the term Hos, mind you he spelled that wrong as well.

How does someone block an obnoxious user like him. In the end I had to apologies to the other party and told him not to judge all Americans on this one individual as most are fairly sane and friendly.
